I'm surprised I haven't reviewed this place yet, I've been coming to Guadalajara's for 11 years now, it's actually my favorite full service Mexican food restaurant in Temecula. I've been here for lunch, diner, Sunday brunch, all spectacular. Good food, great drinks, good service, and prices are fairly reasonable for the potion sizes, plenty of seating options as well. We even came here and enjoyed it during covid.
So good! I loved it!
I did notice a couple things though. The greeter either needs to change job or roll. Super unwelcoming, she’s too serious.. my waiter was super nice & friendly though. Also, I remember birthday celebrations being so fun. When I went today it was just simple 1 person happy birthday. I remember they use to go all out in birthdays. What happened? The food is delicious, but overall unsure to be back..

Food has always been good.
The Chili Verde burrito is very good.
Also the Chili Colorado burrito as well.
There is a burrito that's called the Macho which is half Verde and half Colorado.
Best of both worlds!
Fajitas are also a good choice!
The chips are warm and salsa has a great taste.
I haven't eaten breakfast here yet.
