There's not too many sit down Mexican restaurants in Temecula these days but this has been around for years and for good reason. We sat and were greeted with chips and salsa, followed by a margarita on rocks (not bad!) I ordered carnitas, the food portions are good as is the food. The only point of criticism is the place is a little small, tight on the seating. But by all means not a reason not to go! I'll most definitely be returning - a thumbs up for the recommendation...
Overall, quite nice! My "team" enjoyed the excellent food & good service. An idea for your consideration: because "older" people have the moneyto spend as well as the time and a cadre of friends, a "seniors" discount OR other offering might help boost attendance...
We had an incredible experience at Guadalajara Mexican Grill, especially as a vegetarian! Their menu offers a great variety of substitution for those who don’t eat meat, and I was impressed by how flavorful and satisfying the vegetarian dishes were. The veggie enchiladas were a standout. The guacamole and salsa were fresh and delicious, and the bean and cheese enchiladas were rich and flavorful without being too heavy.
