I frequent Hana Sushi in both Temecula and Murrieta. The brothers that run both are very attentive and make sure you feel welcomed and help you in choosing something new to try. The quality and freshness of the fish, along with combinations of ingredients in their rolls is superb. I try to make it to Hana at least twice a month.

Jakes Hana is a good neiborhood style sushi bar. Fresher than normal fish. Decent chefs. Proportions are generous. I use Jakes as my casual go to sushi source. The only dish I do not recommend it their $60 sashimi plater. The selection was too americanized and poor value for amount provided. Uncaricteristic to the rest of the menu.

The staff checked how much tip I gave, and when it was a bit less, they spoke in a rude and annoyed tone. They didn’t even say goodbye when I left. I don’t recommend this place.
