All of the cuban sandwiches were absolutely bomb. Came here with 10 other people and everyone loved their order. The Brisket Grill sandwich was delicious, very flavorful and filling but I ate every single bite! Several of my family members also commeneted that the Spicy Cubano sandwich was great. The empanadas and plantains were yummy too! I also enjoyed the iced chai oatmilk latte.

The service was great, the waiters were very patient and welcoming! But the wait was a bit long. The atmosphere was nice too!

It took like 45-50 minutes to make 2 sandwiches. And the sandwiches were small and subpar. Was I expecting the most amazing Cuban sandwich I ever had? No, but for it to take 45 minutes, it better be above average. It was not. And the table next to ours had dirty dishes stacked on it for about 35 minutes while we waited for our small sandwiches. If you look around the restaurant, you can see everyone else is waiting for a long time also. I feel bad for the employees here because they have to deal with being understaffed or mismanagement of whatever it is causing the slow service. And never have I been to a Cuban place that gives you only ONE sweet plantain.

I love this restaurant so much because the food but also the employees. The girls are always so kind and professional, and always put a smile on my face. I would say that it’s pretty warm usually when I go into the restaurant which is a little of a turn off for me, but other than that, I love the food and love the service every time.

Let me start off by saying, DO NOT COME STARVING. On a Sunday afternoon primetime, there were only two employees running the front of the house. Both were simultaneously responsible for busing tables, serving to tables, taking orders, and making drinks. It took 15 min to place an order and then 45 min from placement to dish on table. I timed all of this because I was very hungry. The customers in front of me on line left so that helped to speed up the order time to 15 min. The food and drink itself aren't bad. But the entire dining experience of waiting THAT long for one basic dish (ropa vieja aka shredded beef per their Americanized menu).

I hope the owners or managers are able to read this and take this into consideration. I'm too hangry to comment on the food itself.

There's potential...but please staff accordingly to make dining time more reasonable. Not everyone has an hour to spend just to wait for food.

The food here is great however, the past couple times we came it took a long time to get our food. We showed up at 1:00 and by the time we ordered and received our food it was 2:35. They are greatly understaffed and it shows. I feel bad for the employees, they are trying their best, but they need to hire more people. Hopefully things change.

Havana Kitchen in Temecula is a must try! I absolutely loved their Cuban sandwich, and the empanadas were fantastic. Washed it all down with a delicious cafe latte. Everything tasted incredibly good, and the staff were all super polite. Definitely recommend!

Cubano Sandwich and Cilantro Chicken Bowl are my favorites. Always good! Tastey and filling.

*Update* Stopped by today and seven years later they're still one of the best spots in town.
I've been coming here for over a year now and I can say that the food and the service are always fantastic. They're one of the few places I recommend to friends that always manages to impress.

this is a little gem in the midst of old town! We came here for a quick coffee and a bite to start the day and that was a great decision.
Started with the coffee which was perfection. And then we tried the beef and oscar empanadas and they both were so so delicious. And then we tried these two with the sauces and dear lord that was magnificent. Everything was so fresh and just made right.
The atmosphere was so great inside as well. We loved all the decor. We will definitely be back here whenever we visit again

Husband & I went for lunch last week. He ordered a sandwich, I ordered 2 empanadas & a potatoe & meat filled ball. My husband's order was delivered to our table about 12 minutes later, no mention of my order. I went up to the counter where we had ordered after waiting about 5 minutes & asked what happened to my order. The sulky employee told me " oh, I dropped it in the kitchen, they have to remake it". She didn't seem to feel that she even needed to explain.12 minutes later, my food arrived, set in front of me, no I'm sorry, or enjoy your food, etc. Zero people skills or friendliness, and obviously not trained to greet people and work the front counter.
I love their empanadas, but the service from the 2 young girls working there leaves much to be desired. The potato ball was tiny, 3 bites. Should be priced accordingly.
We will not return, not worth the aggravation. I'm giving the service a 1 star, but Google keeps defaulting to 4 stars

The Cuban sandwich and curry were delicious. It came with red bean porridge similar to the Korean one, but it smelled something different.

We ordered café con leche (unsweetened), chai(Cuban style), arroz con pollo, yuca frita, and ropa vieja. Our favorite was the ropa vieja served with rice and black beans and we loved the chai Cuban style. The black beans were amazing.

Food here is AMAZING. Authentic and delicious Cuban food. My wife and I love Cuban food and have a hard time out here finding great places. This is definitely the best around! Mojo pork and steak were tasty and cooked perfectly. The loaded yuca frita was heaven. My only negative was the women working at the register were not very friendly/welcoming at first.

Will definitely be back!

Best Cuban restaurant in Temecula. The owner is usually there, and she is very lovely and accommodating. The coffee drinks are great and the Cuban Sandwich is one of the best.
