Don't waste you time in line, Dennys is a 5 star restaurant compared to this place. Bland food, horrible service and cold meals. Take someone you hate here to punish them. I didn't take a doggy bag, because I didn't want my dogs to have diarrhea.

This place has green breakfast and great service besides the atmosphere is really cool. I would highly recommend if you're an old town.

Decided to try the Haven Haus Cafe in Temecula today. No Earl Grey tea? Asked for black tea, waitress was confused? Asked for honey and this very old honey is what they provided? Why would you serve this to anyone. The food quality was good and a decent value. Clearly they still are shaking things out. Asked for milk for the tea, got oat milk. Asked for sourdough bread, got white (rye isn't an option!?). Hash browns were 3 minutes away from being mashed potatoes. Bar staff scrolling on their phones vs doing their jobs. Management needs to step up their game. Net-Net: I'll give them an overall rating of 7 out of 10

Waited an hour to get seated which is totally fine. Server wasn’t attentive and food was cold. Got our order wrong and the waffle fries were stale & hard. Couldn’t replace them with regular fries so we had to buy them.

From the moment you walk through those doors you are greeted with friendly and accommodating staff. What a breath of fresh air! Then there's the food. I was salivating as plates went by. I had the fish tacos. Oh, cocktails are original and legit.

We came Friday morning around 8:30 large group of ladies 10 of us,we just finished our hot air balloon ride. We were greeted and seated quickly. The service was great from our server to busser and the owner. Everyone ordered something different and enjoyed it. Great spot for ladies to catch up

Visited this restaurant after hearing of how good the service and ambiance was and let me tell you!

It was nothing short of excellent, i came with my family and it was a great experience.

Paola was our server and she was outstanding! Knowledgeable on the menu and recommendations based on the feedback she received. Everyone with me was more than satisfied with their food, I had the avocado toast. It was flavorful, light and very tasty. I wish they gave a second piece with it but other than that everything was perfect. I would definitely recommend anyone in the area or out of the area to give it a try!

Place is cute and trendy but not worth the wait, service and food. We waited 45 minutes to be seated for a party of 5. It was our first time there, so we decided to wait. Once we were seated, the waitress came to introduce herself and asked if we had any questions. We started by ordering water as we decided what drinks we were going to order. The waitress left and came back, without our water, but she took our order. We ordered and reminded her about our water. We got our drinks, and we never got our water. We reminded her again, and she finally brought us water. Two people in our party ordered their burger meat medium rare, but the meat was over cooked, even felt rubbery. At this point, we had already waited for a while for our food to be served, so we decided not to return the plates. The food was a bit cold, like if it was left out for a while. We are regulars in Old Town Temecula, and unfortunately, we will probably not return to Haven Haus. There are better spots in the area. The hostess and waitress did have sweet personalities, and were nice, but the waitress needs to be trained to make sure their customers are taken care of.

First time here with my family. The atmosphere is spot on for those that like the trendy vibes. They have a QR code to add yourself to the waitlist, which is very convenient. The girls that took care of us were so friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. The chicken biscuits were great! Highly recommend them, but it’s a big plate! The iced matcha was good, and I just wished it had been a little bit stronger. Will definitely come back to try their lunch menu .

Enjoyed a great breakfast. I had the waffle combo with eggs and bacon. Waffles got a tad soggy with all the fruit but otherwise great. Eggs and bacon were great and the coffee is excellent. Our server, Alex was the best. Super attentive and very polite. I will definitely go back!

We found this restaurant on social media and had to try it. My mom and I love brunch and have tried all the brunch spots in Temecula, this was one of the good ones! Our server Erin was really friendly and talkative and we felt very comfortable with her. The food was surprisingly delicious and flavorful, we got the nova lox Benedict and chilaquilles. A bit pricy and the coffee tasted a bit watered down, but I’m sure they can perfect it eventually. Would come back!
