After receiving horrible treatment and leaving Destination Smokehouse, we tried to salvage my son’s 30th birthday by finding another restaurant he might enjoy at the last minute. Hendo’s to the rescue!
From the warm greeting to the excellent customer service and amazing food, our son ended up having the BEST 30th birthday lunch!
We were even lucky enough to meet Dan Hendo himself, and my son got a picture with him — which was truly the icing on his birthday cake! 🎂

Absolutely loved this place! The atmosphere is exactly what I love, it was proudly pro-American vibe that makes the place feel authentic and welcoming. Wow we are so happy we finally came here today! Great service from Laura and Terra! Both of the girls were super sweet and led with good recommendations on beer and food. We got the hendos Smashed Burger and it was delicious! Fries were good too which is always a plus. Beautiful atmosphere and ascetics and you can tell corners weren’t cut on anything here. We will be back for a cool event soon and appreciate the hospitality!

Was disappointed with my lunch selection. Chicken and waffles the chicken was bown in one small breast and 2 smaller wings that looked like they came up at parakeet, and only syrup and butter. Normally they have 2 or three different sauces. And it's usually a chicken fillet, not bone in. I did look at other people's meals. And they looked more appetizing. So I may go back because the waitresses and staff we're excellent.And the atmosphere was awesome.

Really fun experience! Great food. Really good, attentive service. We came for my birthday to eat and watch a UFC fight.. Couldn't ask for a better spot! Even when the fights were over, the DJ kept the party going and the dance floor packed. And even the legend himself, Dan Hendo Henderson came to make sure everything was going well.. Even posed for some photo ops. Definitely a spot that'll be in the steady rotation!

Been here twice recently and very disappointed in food quality. Only thing ordered that tasted okay was the Cesar salad. Burgers,shrimp, pizza, fries, onion rings,fried pickles are all pretty simple stuff but tasted just not good at all. Below mediocre. Not to mention some of it was cold. For as much money we spent both times it's really not acceptable. The atmosphere and service are great but something is definitely wrong in the kitchen. My advice is if you visit this spot save money by just order some drinks , MAYBE a pretzel or wings.

Our family visited Hendo’s Barrel House in Temecula on Sunday with a confirmed reservation for four adults and two children, and what followed was a textbook example of poor management and complete back-of-house failure.
After ordering, we waited over an hour for food to arrive. When it finally did, the meals were brought out 20 minutes apart, completely defeating the purpose of dining together as a family. Children were left sitting and waiting while adults were served at different times. No apology can excuse that level of disorganization.
I want to clearly state that our server was excellent—professional, apologetic, and clearly trying to manage a situation that was entirely out of their control.
The real issue began when the manager, Abby, came to our table. She was rude, dismissive, and unwilling to take accountability for what was happening. Rather than offering solutions or attempting to make the situation right, her attitude made it clear that our experience simply did not matter. There was no genuine apology, no effort to correct the problem, and no concern for the impact this had on our family’s dining experience.
Delays happen. Kitchens get behind. But poor leadership and disrespect toward paying customers is unacceptable. The way this situation was handled ensured that we will never return, regardless of how good the food might be.
There are too many great restaurants in Temecula to tolerate this level of incompetence and unprofessional management. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere.

This was my 1st time trying out this establishment and I have to say, the only thing I'm mad at it is myself for not hearing about this place sooner! From the moment you walk in, the owner he gives you a red carpet experience.
One part of the establishment has a full blown UFC arena that host fight nights and on the other half is a Restaurant. Matter of fact, if you dine in the upstairs, you can actually see the octagon! Definitely worthy of 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥!
