I’m literally writing this as I sit in the waiting area but y’all this place has the worst customer service. Especially the blonde lady w lash extensions who is literally yelling and making rude comments to customers. I tried to ask her three whole times for a simple side of sauce and she would not give me the time of day and seemed so annoyed when I was finally able to ask. She also never came back with the sauce I waited over 20 minutes for someone else to come so I could even order it again. When an older gentleman at her table asked for coffee she said “ok sure even though you just had me throw out a fresh pot” and he just seemed so embarrassed which was upsetting. I’ve been a waitress for 5 years myself and this is just not acceptable or how you treat customers.

My friends and I went for some breakfast, and the food was ok. The service was amazing and the waitress’s were fantastic.
The problem are the cooks. We could hear them talking aggressively and insulting the waitresses, slapping the counter with their spatulas, and denying food for customers (apparently the waitresses needed food remade and the cooks refused, laughing and insulting them). I don’t speak Spanish, but my friends who were there do, and what those cooks were saying to the waitresses was absolutely disgusting, and completely inappropriate for a work place. One of the cooks was using racial epithets…really? When I go out to eat, the last thing I want to see are the people who are making my food acting like that. Also, they (I’m assuming the cooks) keep a dirty bucket sitting where the waitress has to retrieve food, just nasty. If that’s not bad enough the cooks bang the bucket up and down and the noise is maddening. The entire experience was uncomfortable, and we won’t be back. Whoever is running that place should educate the cooks on hostile work environment, and customer service I can imagine the waitresses don’t appreciate being insulted, and the customers (us) find it vulgar and disgusting. With the economy so bad one would think businesses would be on their toes, doing the best for paying customers. Apparently not this place.

I was seated and the person behind me in line was seated in booth behind me. she was given a water and asked if she was ready to order, she said she needed more time. the young lady didn't stop at my booth to offer water nor take my order. A waitress came by and asked if anyone took my order or is getting me a water; I said "no" no one has come by. She said, "the girl is in training and asked what did I want"? Because of her response & the tone of her response, I got up and said I was leaving. She said, "you're going to leave?" and she rolled her eyes.
So yes, I left and won't be back there anymore! I went to Richie's Diner. e Excellent food, superb service and good prices!
The manager is really sweet and the service was very quick!

My wife and I eat here every week. Usually we have our coffee and breakfast. The place is very clean, the personnel are outstanding. On busy days our food comes out fast and delicious. Probably one of the best IHOPs we've eaten. Highly recommend.
