Not sure how this place is still open. Food wrong several times charged for wrong items. Simple ham and cheese omelet had ham inside with a few sprinkles of cheese on top (nothing inside)

I usually do not write reviews for places I visit. That being said we had such a great experience at your restaurant today that my Wife urged me to compliment our server for taking such good care of us. Our waitress, Shannon. Was so kind and helpful that it brightened our day. We have been going through losses in the family and her smile and cheery attitude gave us a much needed break from the usual people that just go through the motions. We will be back soon and hope to be sat in her section again!

Just had breakfast there with my family. Service was slow. No refills on drinks. Brought the wrong food out. Then brought one plate at a time. Just pass on this ihop. It was pretty gross and expensive.

I do not like writing reviews but in this occasion I had to! Poor Customer Service, extremely slow to sit you down and to ask for your food and drinks. Over all very disappointing experience.

Waiter took our order and totally forgot about us. Other customers who were seated after us were being served & waited on. After waiting 30 minutes We had to flag down a different waitress to find out what was going on with our order... Waiter finally showed up with only half of our order. Still had to wait for my husband's 5-stack buttermilk pancakes. I understand that restaurants can be busy, but wait staff should always check on their tables to make sure that the customer didn't fall through the crack. Hate to leave a bad review, but hate bad customer service even worse.
The GM & staff makes Doordashers wait 25 minutes but today it was a 45 minute wait the staff has no system to helping door dashers and pushes it last every single day

All our life spot growing up this is our go-to place of all time. My husband and I with our 4 kids had to wait 45 minutes to sit but we asked for the other side because it only had 3 couples and she said it was close. Smh...so we left 5 mins ago...ridiculous and that's the first.

Gregory R was a great waiter. I asked to hold off on serving the waffle, utill I was finished with my eggs, and he kindly had it freshly made, when I was ready for it! Kudos to the extra service!

I just wanted to share that this morning we were planning on having breakfast here, and we don't mind the wait but they're giving tables to people that sing in way after we did, so I asked, and he told me they were accommodating the big parties first. I don't think that's fair. We were only two and had to see everyone going first.
