I’ve lived across California all my life eating at In n out thinking they run the tightest ship and then I go to this location lol they miss a food item entirely or get something wrong.. it’s weird at this point
Last time my animal fries were missing, I didn’t realize till I got home so I went back because I had already paid for them, and ended up having to remind the counter 3 different times for my missing fries + waited like 20 min I was trying to be patient. The time before that they gave me pickles instead of chilis when my receipt said chilis? And missed my fries again 😂
Posting in hopes something changes because I would think I am not the only one experiencing issues if they are this consistent

Most disorganized In-N-Out I’ve been to. Kids just standing behind the counter not doing anything, one kid is wiping the counter onto a customer’s shoes, employee didn’t say excuse me just wiped all the mess on the lady’s shoes. I will not be returning to this location.

Everyone, check this out. My daughter wanted melted cheese on her fries, and IN-N-OUT more than doubled the price of the fries for a slice and a half of cheese. She's a young girl and I'm trying to teach her the value of money. Pretty disgraceful for this company. They charged her for animal fries and held the onions. This definitely taught her not to give them $5 for fries and a little cheese.
