Is it just me or is fast food losing its quality and taste. In the fast food industry where they are constantly trying to develop ways to make food faster they forget about quality and taste. No matter which place you eat at the fries are always under cooked, the hamburger patty is getting smaller and smaller, so you have to get a double and maybe even a triple burger. In &Out’s patty has always been thin but now it’s about half as thick as their tomato or onion slices. And the prices for a combo meal makes Denny’s and IHOP a welcome alternative!!
Parking: There was enough parking spaces but there was a guy passed out half on the sidewalk and half way in a parking space, bathroom was filthy, parking lot had trash all over. Not a friendly place to eat at.
Was waiting 10 minutes standing in og the register as workers continually ignored me and didn't even attempt to say anything, seemed understaffed as well.

Never had such poor service at a fast food restaurant. The lady who helped us was extremely rude and cranky, amd rolling her eyes at us. We'd ask a question about the menu, and she would give attitude as she answered. If someone is really unhappy at their job, maybe they should go elsewhere. My children were even afraid to ask her for something because of how rude she was being. I've worked in customer service for 16 years, and even on my bad days, I am still friendly to people.
