This location runs on “their way” rules. There are places where you can get a burger and add things to it. At this location, your options are: take it as is, or take it off. They are literally doing the barest minimum to be able to still say that there are options beyond “take it or leave it”. It wasn’t that long ago that restaurants cared about their customers, but it’s VERY clear that the only thing Jack cares about is his wallet.
