I went through the drive through and ordered egg rolls, lady was nice and was fast service, however a few minutes later when I started eating the food was cold. It was if they had been sitting out for awhile. I rarely go to jack in the box, but when I do I get the egg rolls and they are normally super hot and appear just cooked, nice and crunchy on the outside, this is the only place and time I have every had cold egg rolls. Was pretty disappointed as I rarely pickup fast food.

It never fails. Every time I go to this place they never give the sauces that you asked for or the ones that come with the meal.. If you go to any other Jack in the box they always make sure it's always included with what you order.. especially when it's supposed to come with it. But Temecula is terrible.. I won't go back there again. This is three times in a row
