These ladies were working their tails off today! Not only was it extremely hot outside but the AC was out in the store! Everyone working was kind and doing their best while working in terrible conditions. I was in the store for only minutes and was covered in sweat! How is this ok working conditions for the staff? Do better for your hard working employees! Close the location until the AC can be fixed!

I love the Jamba Juice in Temecula. The ladies are quick and efficient and always super friendly, no matter how busy they are.
Crazy New Year’s Day rush! There should have been a few more workers as the smoothie orders were sooo backed up. Not here to complain though, I wanted to commend the workers for their great attitude and confidence during the rush! Especially Teresa in the front who was in training, she did an amazing job keeping up.

Owner is stealing tips from employees, some of which are college students. This behavior is retaliation for her failing an inspection. This is a CLEAR violation of labor code section 351. Think twice before visiting here.

So I pulled up here the other day and it was during I guess their rush hour. I ordered a Peanut Butter Mood, Belgian Waffle Parfait Bowl, and a breakfast sandwich and honestly it was amazing. Alicia was the one who took my order and made my food and drink. She was very kind and very calm and attentive even though it was busy. Everything was brought to me in a fair time and everything was correctly with how I ordered and well. Drink and parfait cold, sandwich hot and fresh. Alicia made the morning and rest of my day start off amazing. Excellent customer service!!!
