Iâm giving 5 stars because it wasnât the staffâs fault, but the app is screwing up orders by automatically customizing them after you hit pay. For instance, I wasted 1000 reward points on a PB Chocolate Love that, I found out down the road, had no chocolate. Heads up. No one does that. If you see that customization in the future, ask the customer if thatâs what they really wanted. I give 1 star for the fact that you canât call the location and give them a heads up because it hangs up on you immediately when you dial. I wish I couldâve just called the store instead of a review.

Jamba is a total ripoff now. $9.29 small, $9.49 medium, $9.99 large. Who can afford this? Gougeville, USA over there! No wonder this place is always empty now, which makes sense because the staff really isnât very nice at this location. Employee helping me was quite bitter for some reason about having to scan a rewards code on my wifeâs phone, just kept asking for the number which I donât know so she then told me I needed to hand the phone to her so she could scan, making a âyouâre an idiotâ face as she did so. OK! Sorry for existing! Bye forever!

I order a mango-go-go and it Disgusting, made with spoiled fruit and juice. Was on my lunch and couldn't return for refund.. don't Do it! Trash!!????

Great smoothies, and the service here is friendly. We usually order Jamba juice smoothies ahead of time for pickup in store, and unlike some other Jamba juice locations, there isn't a grab-n-go mini-fridge setup to pick up your orders when you arrive. Parking can be a little tricky to get to with how busy Ring Road around Temecula Promenade is to access this location, but to be fair that's to be expected with it's proximity to the mall and how access to the parking lot can be affected if the line is to the nearby Costco Gas Station is extremely long. Definitely worth the minor challenges to grab a great smoothie.
