Took three people asking me name on my order for over an hour just for my ticket to be lost and remade.

The gentleman I spoke to was nice but this is the third time that this has happened which is upsetting because before I’ve never had a problem. The food is great and the workers are nice but something has happened with production. I normally order 30 minutes to an hour before my lunch and the last few times I’ve had to wait an extra 30 minutes. If I wasn’t working then I’d have all the time in the world but most people that go there are on lunch and the production is just not being run well. I was told I would get a refund but I’m not sure. So I’ll be calling the store if I don’t receive it.

Dietary restrictions: Does offer gluten free bread, howevee, the G.F. bread texture is quite unappetizing.
Looooove the Big Kahuna steak sandwiches, we get Provolone cheese instead of American cheddar on Rosemary Parmesian bread. Comes with jalapeños, 😋🤔

Had the tuna, and the sandwich was okay. But I dont think they warrant the almost 20.00 price for a large sandwich. Way too much to pay for a sandwich. I spent close to $40.00 for 3 regular sandwiches.
