I had my very first experience at Jersey Mike's Subs on 10/21/23 at noon. I was suprised with how amazing the entire staff were and their outstanding customer service. They recognized I had never been to a Jersey Mike's before and took the initiative to walk me through the menu. They were incredibly patient and informative and made me feel so welcomed!I got the Italian sub with rosemary bread, Mike's way. The ingredients were so fresh and delicious! Because of this experience and amazing first impression, I can't wait to go back to this location and try more of their delicious subs!

I ordered 2 sandwiches for me and my son one afternoon on 6/30/23. I informed the lady (I forget her name) that the label on the sandwiches were switched. She apologized and I said it was ok since we were eating at the location. During my meal, I ordered a third sandwich to take home for my wife. Before we left, the lady came up to me and gave me a refund receipt for the third sandwich I bought and apologized for the mix up. I wasn't expecting the refund but it was appreciated. Great customer service that I took a few minutes to write this review. To the manager of this store, please extend my appreciation to your employee.

This Jersey Mikes is amazing!! Best customer service, and they are quick. Shoutout to the team working Memorial Day! They are awesome! My wife placed a catering order online the “night before” not realizing it was already after midnight. She selected to have the order picked up “tomorrow” which would be Tuesday. When I got here they understood and offered to make the sandwiches on the spot! They cranked those sandwiches out and we’re still able to help walk in customers in an expeditious manner. This will be my new go to spot when I’m in Temecula! Thanks guys.

This place is amazing.. dont bother going to that train station of a competitor...The couple more dollars at the cash register is worth those "subway" tolls...I'd rather spend $5 more and eat better Tthank you ...Just test the difference for yourself.Very worth it.Wheelchair accessibility: Perfect spot with a ramp right up front

We've ordered online here a few times and every single time, spite being on time, we have had to wait for our order. The last time - and I mean the LAST TIME - did us in. We waited almost 30 minutes after our scheduled pick up time! But we got a cookie lol, so that must make it okay. Nope. We were told that they take walk in customers first. This makes zero sense. What's the point of ordering online? Perhaps if you're that busy, hire one person for online orders then. Even if it's just prime hours. Seeing as this place only has 2 1/2 stars as is, how any business owner can be okay with this kind of service is beyond me. Will not be returning.
