Mediocre at best. Stopped in for lunch working close by. Had a taco combination plate. Sorry, but I pitched half the food. Chicken had poor taste and some chewy portions. Shredded beef was greasy and again, poor flavor. Generic canned refried beans. If looking for Mexican in the area, find someplace else.

We frequent this taco shop and are never disappointed. The are always friendly and the food is amazing. The chimichanga combo is my go-to, but the chicken enchiladas and breakfast burritos are killer too and my kids love the tortas and super Cali burrito.
Best breakfast burritos in Temecula and their green salsa is amazing. I get take out often and some of the dishes fell short (too salty green chile, charged extra for cheese and none was added). Over all one of my fav to go Mexican spots

We taught about Tacos for lunch and referred to Yelp for a decent place to obtain them and found Jilbertos on Margarita near the East Cafe. The place was clean inside and the order came out quickly. We ordered the following food items: - 2 large fish tacos - 2 mini pollo tacos Everything was good. The tortillas and the veggies that came with them were all fresh and crunchy. The fried fish was tasty but a little small and thin for the large category. The chicken, although considerably favorable, lacked the seasoning but came out okay with the sauce. This place is not that bad at all.

Our food was disappointing to say the least, perhaps the empty parking lot reflects the food quality. Our previous experiences were good , I'm not sure if they changed cooks or inferior ingredients but the food was bland. It is unfortunate that the food was bad, now we have to find another place. Our order included, rolled tacos, carne asada fries, shrimp plate, chile verde plate, California Burrito, Torta and bean cheese burrito. The guacamole did not even taste like avocado, it was some odd taste; the rest was just bland, we had to add condiments to make edible.
