From sliding my sandwich across the counter without any paper under it, the service was absolutely horrible and the sandwich was disgusting. First and last time ever going to this place. Workers didn't have a clue what goes on the sandwiches..

Stopped by to grab lunch. First time at this location. I was greeted by the staff walking in and Kali made my order. Service was great. She was professional, helpful and overall great personality & 1st time visit. Definitely will be back.

Ordered on line--called in to have pick up at 5:45. Showed up at pick up time and gal said she was still working on order and would bring out to my vehicle. I went back in at 6:05 still no food and it was sitting on the shelf--who knows how long since I was expecting it at my car! Then I had to go back in for a missing drink and heard the 2 gals mouthing off since they knew they ticked me off. Great service--NOT!

Clean establishment with great staff. Nothing special just the expected when consuming Jimmy John product/service.
Everything was fresh...there was a faint taste of ?? I ate part and threw it out, husband didn't like his and sons was made incorrectly he just threw it out. Question: Is your ventilation connected next door, to where you have stored food?? (Our neighbor upstairs and facing opposite direction gets high, smells like it's directly from our apartment as our ventilation is connected)

I ordered fresh bread and they gave me loaves off day old, frozen bread. I contacted Customer Service and they said since this is an independently owned location they can't control how they do business and they could not contact the owner or resolve the issue. Even the customer service representative thought it was odd. I was over charged $1.50 for each loaf and the issue was never resolved.

We love Jimmy Johns, more flavor than other sandwich places and the bread so soft! We first had it in Las Vegas and we were hooked. This is honestly better than subway and Jersey Mikes if you like more flavor.
