Lightly breaded and not too much sauce. More of a dry rub. Good tasting white meat chicken with good tasting flavors.

Ordered the Umami fries and they were the best fries I have ever had in my entire life the seasoning on them is amazing and a sauce is perfect! Highly recommend those fries specifically I wish regular Lazy Dog sold them too but for now it’s only Jolene’s so I’ll keep ordering them online.

Truly disappointed in my service. I placed an order on Uber eats for 3 wing orders. I personally like all flats so I called as that option wasn't available on the uber eats site. I told the waitress over the phone that I placed an Uber eats order but wanted to get at least one of my wing orders all flats. She put me on hold to go ask the chef, she came back and said they couldn't do it but then she said she'd ask her manager just in case. She placed me on hold again and came back and said that my order was just finished so they couldn't do it. Mind you I placed my Uber Eats order and immediately called them at 7:04pm or call lasted 7 minutes (7:11pm) and now my order was magically done in less than 5 minutes? I would've been fine with the first answer of sorry no we can't do it, but don't lie to me! Anyways, I got my wings and the sauce was barley on the wings. I'm not sure if they thin their sauce or what but I'm just overall disappointed in my experience this time.

The designated curbside pickup for Lazy Dog/Jolene's is inside the parking garage right behind the restaurant, however upon calling I was told they won't do pickup there anymore. No explanation was provided, but there is little to no cell service to let them know you're there for pickup. I was told to double park in front of the restaurant if there were no spots available, which if you know this area there rarely are. I ended up waiting 8 minutes in front of the restaurant from the time I called and when the order was supposed to be ready.Now with all the negative logistics out of the way, I was really surprised how good the food was. I got the 20 pc boneless combo with Nashville hot, Cajun lime, garlic parm, and naked with Cajun fries. The chicken was lightly breaded, juicy, and crunchy. They have lots of sauce choices and you can pick one for each flavor. The Cajun fries had great flavor, not really spicy or overpowering, and I think were better than having them plain. My favorite was the Nashville hot with the spicy maple, but they were all delicious. The combo was plenty to feed a family of 4 with young kids.Honestly don't know why they bother with curbside, it would be so much easier to just walk in and pick up which is what I think I'll do next time.

Upon arrival I was confused by the restaurant. It is a part of lazy dog but no where online indicates that. I drove around in a circle trying to find it and decided to walk up to get my food. I arrived on time when they said my food would be ready. Food came out right away. When I got home 8 minute drive home. Fries are ice cold, no crispiness and barely any seasoning. I paid an extra dollar for plain, cold fries. Plus the wing were cold too and the spiciest version is not spicy. It’s disappointing.

Okay so I'm confused. I hadn't heard of this restaurant before so I placed an order to support a new small business. Imagine my surprise when I received a lukewarm box of chicken from Lazy Dog Cafe. If I wanted lazy dog then I would've ordered it so I'm annoyed at the misrepresentation. Now on to the food: poor quality. It was cold, over cooked, and this is NOT Nashville hot chicken. These are basic Buffalo wings. I paid $24 for you guys to bring me pre-frozen pre packaged Buffalo wings?! Very concerning. So I guess thanks for the experience, will not be ordering again.
Naked wings - not good. It's kind of a problem since wings are supposed to be the specialty! How difficult is it to follow instructions? I ordered 16 EXTRA crispy (CAPITALIZED in the instruction section) wings - after I cooked them an additional 20 minutes in a 400 degree convection oven they were finally somewhat crispy. Could they not have left them in the fryer for 5 more minutes? Save yourself $30 and grab wings from the deli at Albertsons.

The "Cajun" fries are seasoned with Tajin seasoning. I'm not sure if that is what is usually used to season the Cajun fries or if it is because I ordered pretty late in the evening and the staff was just messing around and being funny. But the fries tasted awful and the boneless wings were cold and undercooked.

Not the quality we expected. Naked wings were NAKED no salt or pepper which I would have expected and not crispy but they were fried which I could tell by taste. The smoked bbq wings were clearly wings tossed in Smokey bbq sauce NOT smoked they lacked good flavor but were okay. The buttermilk fried chicken salad, i know SALAD. We were most excited about this but the chicken didn't seem to be seasoned very much and the batter/crust had a strange rubbery texture but the breast was juicy so that was nice. The spinach and lettuce was wilted and it wasn't really anything special. We ordered additional sides which we were charged but were not delivered. They did refund us for those items, much appreciated, however if we ordered and it's on the bill I don't think it's wrong to expect to get the item. Overall, the delivery driver was quick but the food was not as good as expected. I get there are things we sacrifice when we have to order to-go or delivery like temperature and presentation. Maybe if the hot food was separate from cold items that would help the execution. But who knows I'm just a customer. I definitely feel like my review would have been different had this have been a dine in situation BUT it was not, unfortunately. I may give this place another chance since the size of the wings were and try another item that was on our radar and make it a dine in situation giving time for that opportunity to happen.

My husband happened to read that lazy dog had a new menu for wings and their favorites and we got excited to try it out. We got the Buffalo wings, boneless, parmesan, and onion rings. It was all good! We were not expecting it to be this good. No lie it better than buffalo wild wings. So now this is our go to wing stop.
