Counter person Alicia(?) didn't know I was there then when she did see me told me to wait. No one else was in the place. I had to wait while she made 4 drinks put them in drink carriers and then bagged one order placed it aside and then bagged another order. I feel that is rude. She spoke very broken English and said I could not get the ex lg potato salad instead of the tiny one they offer with the whole chicken combo. Go the extra couple miles to the lake elsinore store. Soooo much better and always friendly staff!

We had three chickens and beans, potato salad. The first night was great. I used the chicken second day and heated it and added rice. It was correct temperature all three of us eat. Next day and all weekend we were sick. My daughter had to go to ER for dehydration. We had nothing other than the chicken the night before. I have had no problem until this order. But the chicken seemed more salty than usual. I cant go here aga

Called in advance for take out. Was reminded that they close at 7 pm got there at 622 I saw they had a special going on today for 2 chicken for 22 dollars I wanted to order that in addition the cook n lady was not looking happy talking in Spanish was told they couldn’t do it. If they are still open until 7 pm why couldn’t they serve the customer. Food was bland n price was very different from the website. Will not go there anymore. This is not the first with Juan pollo, their customer service is not good at all.

less than 1star no star .this is a horrible place i will be careful to come here if you take 1 bite of your food they will not give your money back and the mangier does not have a phone number and is not here all the time and the person at front desk has to call with cell phone and the managers name is Lori and you will have to call bank to get your money back so this is a horrible fast food place go toel pollo loco instead.

I bought a TVHS football fundraiser card (electronic) that gives you discounts at participating local businesses. I have used it at some other businesses without any problem. The details for the specific discount I tried to receive today are in the screenshot I have included.When I tried to redeem it today, the elderly woman that I have read about in some of these other comments absolutely refused to accept the fundraiser card and said she "doesn't take those." She wouldn't listen to what I had to see and just kept repeating that she doesn't accept the card and that she only takes paper coupons. She was SO rude from the time I placed my order on the phone. When I walked in, she dismissively threw her hand up at me and walked away and continued to refuse the discount card even though it has the exact name and exact same physical address as her place of business. She tried to use the excuse of "this isn't Juan Pollo." I showed her the name of Juan's Rotisserie with Ynez address on my phone and all she could say was it didn't matter. I don't understand how she can deny people the discount that we paid to get with the fundraiser card. Worse than not getting the discount was this woman's horrendous attitude and customer service (rather lack thereof.). It is absolutely unacceptable. Guess who came home with Raising Cain's for dinner instead of Juan's?

One of the best Rotisserie Chicken ? I have ever tasted ? they also have a Great potato ? salad as well, if you love Rotisserie Chicken I recommend the Dinner Plate it's Awesome ?? and Delicious ??

Buy two chicken when home and check and it was missing the wing and breast ? and I call and the lady told me that is not necessary to come with the wing?? not coming back

Chicken is dry and lacks flavor, rice is basically white rice with a yellow tint absolutely no flavor. Potatoe salad is okay but also lacks flavor, salsa is bland. We won't be returning, this is our 3rd try with Juan's and unfortunately it's just not what it use to be.

Always amazing. Chicken is bomb. Hot salsa is bomb bomb. But the Mexican potato salad is bomb to the bomb squared.

The chicken is by far the best in the area. It always has great flavor, never salty or dried out. The coupon that comes in local mailer is for 2 chicken, salsa and tortilla for 21.99 which is a great deal. The staff is always friendly to me and have no complaints.

I walked in and almost slipped not once but 4 times on my way in from the door to the counter due to the rain. I let her know owner, elderly women know and the first thing she said was that's not her problem and that I was wearing the wrong type of shoes for the rain, lol WOW! I told her that if someone falls it could lead to a lawsuit and severe injury. She said not her problem, I bought a lunch special and it cost me $13.80 way over priced for a dry piece of chicken, this used to be one of my favorite places, its very dirty, I don't see a rating on the window, but can't imagine there would be anything more than a "C" as its all it deserves

1 star is over rated. I would rate this store negative 5 or lower. The cashier/ front desk lady is so rude. The rudest person i have talked to in my more than 5 years of residency in Temecula. I asked my husband to pick up my order. What he expects is just to pay and pick up the order. But this lady started to ask him for the details of the order when i made it clear already before we hang up. When my husband cannot respond immediately, she made face and even told him that she is busy and do not have time to wait for his phone call. I heard everything over the phone as my husband was trying to clarify what i ordered. I tried calling her back again and told her that all she had to do is ask for the name, make him pay and go. We do not deserve that kind of treatment as customer. That same night, we had dinner with friends and told them about what happened in this store. One of my friend said they had the same experience with this same lady. So, there u go,,, plss plss , do not patronize this business as they will make your day horrible!!! Very poor customer service
