I love the detoxifier and the wheat grass shot so that's why I gave 3 stars. The drinks are good. Waiting 30 minutes at 1 o'clock is ridiculous!!! The 1 and only man working said it was going to be 10 to 15 minutes so I thought ok, whatever, I'll grab gas. I came back in 8 or 9 minutes. It was 30 minutes from time I ordered to getting my drink. I was so annoyed. Hire somebody, please.

Love this place at Vail, but what used to be a 5 minute stop each day has turned into a 15 minute wait, even when you call ahead. Seems like understaffed. Trying to get by with only one person instead of 2. May head over to nektar in the future.

I wrote a review and was told to email the manager which I did. I received an email and was told I would hear back from the owners, but never did. At the same time I emailed I told the manager about a 2nd visit in which the same employee written about previously had the same poor customer service as before. I still haven't heard back and it's been almost a month

My favorites are the strawberry wave and melon madness! I got a melon smoothie from another place last week and it doesn't compare to what this store has. They have the best melon smoothie. It takes longer when I ordered online through grubhub so I suggest going into the store, instead if you can. The staff is friendly and welcoming!

Since when did you have to choose your toppings for the bowls. Maybe I haven't been here for a while and I understand why now. I was not instructed I must pick toppings and then was stuck with pretty much juice in a bowl, super runny and a mess. The one thing I have good to say is that there açaí blends are delicious. If they could just inform customers how to order would be helpful and to make their blends thicker when it's suppose to be spooned not sucked thru a straw.
