Switched from Hana sushi and now does all you can eat. They charge $2 per piece of sushi left over so you can’t try anything new and although it’s in small print on the menu they definitely don’t tell you that when they are ordering. Side note my daughter’s chicken in rice had a hair in it and they also told us they were out of spicy mayo when we asked for more though it was clearly visible.

Waitresses were very nice and prompt. The restaurant was clean and beautiful. However, the food was not good. The rolls lacked flavor, most of the nigeri was dry and tasted old. The rolls were hit or miss. They were either just ok or terrible. It took 15 plus minutes to get a single roll, and it was not busy.

Service was super slow and it was a weekday (not busy at all). Sushi was plain and boring, mostly California rolls with various toppings. Two of the rolls were so drowned in sauce that it turned to mush.

I HIGHLY recommend this restaurant. The food is spectacular tasty. The service is Great !The server we had (Chris) was very friendly, professional and helpful with helping us pick out from the menu.** I also want to mention the honesty of this restaurant. I accidentally left my cell phone on the seat. I called to inquire if I had left it behind and sure enough they found it and secured it till the next day. I drove 2 hours back to the restaurant and Chris, our server was happy to secure and gave it to me.I will definitely return and and if I could, would gladly and well deserve more than 5 STARS ?

Dinner on 02/06. Had Brandon as my waiter. He was on top of it! Refills on drinks without asking, checking in on our tables 6 or 7 times! Food was fantastic. I used to go to the Hana in the Newport shopping center, but with his attentiveness, this is now my go to sushi

This is the second time i asked for no cucumber on the rolls I got, and guess what, we got cucumber again. My Wife is allergic. I told the guy My Wife was allergic and what if I had not caught that and had to rush her to the hospital, I believe I spoke with a guy named Brandon was very rude and didn't care that My Wife was allergiconly offered 10% off the next time I come in like that's going to happen. did not offer to refund the rolls I told him I'd bring the rolls back to him, he said I don't want your rolls . I said I was going to leave a one star review. He said go ahead I don't care. This person should be fired. Does not care about this business and when I asked to speak with a manager or an owner, he said they don't have one there I said, when will the manager or owner be in, he said we don't have one at all. It's just the staff that runs the restaurant. Will never go back to this place nor will anybody that I know I will make sure of that. I look forward to watching this place go out of business

Fantastic customer service! We were looking for some spicy tuna over crispy rice and while it ended up not being on their menu, they made us some anyway and it was some of the best I've had! The atmosphere of the restaurant is awesome and the food is better!

Came here tonight for the first time. It was insanely good. Service was friendly. I have been looking for a great sushi restaurant since we moved to Temecula from LA and we totally found it. Fish is fresh and the rolls are bomb.

What is this? My daughter orders the kids chicken teriyaki bowl every time we dine in. Today, we ordered it through a delivery service and I was shocked. The chicken looks unappetizing. It’s like they forgot the teriyaki part of the whole thing. Not sure what happened here

Came here because the sushi place across the street was closed but DEFINITELY glad we took that detour! We got the Viking roll, the Michelle’s roll, a California roll, a crunch roll, a golden Hana roll, some garlic edamame and gyoza. Everything came out super fresh and tasty. I’m not the biggest sushi person so Ryan, our server, was very insightful on the flavors and textures I might like. Thank you, k sushi!
