Visited for their 37th Anniversary Celebration. Lots of drinks for $3.70 per pint. And had to have some food, too! Joined in for the pub-wide toast at 2pm with complimentary drink. We had a good time and service was awesome.
Fantastic! I always enjoy a fun trip to Karl Strauss with friends. Enjoying great food and beer. Parking can be kind of hard at times, but that is because of the other restaurants located next door. Other than that, the customers all seem to enjoy the place and the service is great when they get to recognize you.
The food here is great! Hamm the server is our favorite, super cool dude. The only thing that sucks is that they charge to swap out sides, even though all the sides cost the same. It’s like why charge me $5 just to swap something out??? The food isn’t cheap, so it’s just kinda lame to do that to your customers. You’re better off just buying the side you want in addition to your meal, at least you’ll get both of them instead of paying for 2 sides and only getting 1. That...
