I want to use to the app to get my reward points and save money, but it took 20 minutes for me to get my food. So heads up if you’re using the app, go through the drive thru so they realize that they actually need to make the food within the time frame they give you.

I like the new BBQ chicken dishes and friendly staff.

Sad that the Colonel has no interest in value for money. Every few months I get a hankering for fried chicken and I've decided that this is the last time I'll satisfy it there...there are more value-conscious options of equal or better quality and convenience.

Spent $70 dollars on a meal that would feed two people maybe... absolutely will never purchase food from a KFC again

The chicken was good. Class KFC. The major problem was the cashier. I went to the drive thru between 8 and 9 pm 9/16/25. I paid with a credit card. I wanted to swipe it myself. I don't eat at fast food places often. Do you swipe it yourself at the drive thru?
She swiped my credit card and instead of handing back to me immediately, she paused holding it half in the window half out asking me if I want sauce. I put my hand out for my card and said, no. There should be no pause when handing a customer their card back.
Be careful using your card there. I've seen videos of fastfood employees stealing card numbers to sell or give to partners in crime. I keep a very low balance on that card so they won't get anything from me.
I hope management sees this and monitors.

Food was good. We go there and get dinner and head to Pechanga for fireworks.

I am glad to hear that KFC close down at Temecula Parkway. They deserved it. The service was horrible. The young people working at the cashier had attitudes really bad. I went in and order a family pack. The drumsticks were the size of a wing. I complain in a girl cashier a blonde haired girl Yum Told me that Kentucky fried chicken was changing and that their legs got extremely small. You are a rip off you belong bankrupt and I’m happy you close down.

The chicken was almost raw inside and wasn't crispy. I wasn't the only one that day. Before leaving the store, someone else gave it to me. It was my mistake not checking my order and they gave it to me just as raw. I don't know if I'll go back because it's not the first time they've given me something wrong.

Server Brandon needs to chill out. All I wanted was 2 $12 buckets and he's like with an angry tone "buckets of what!" Almost like that feeling someone wanted to fight you. But when the girl after me ordered he acted nice. The guy needs to get back to cooking off of Alejandras cashier. He could rob it and she would have to pay. Send him back to training

The chicken literally doesn't taste like anything. I've been there on different days and I detect none of Colonel Sanders 11 spices in their chicken.

They always “run out” of everything about an hour and a half before closing, got told last night they’re out of chicken, sounds plausible right.

Horrible
We always shop at KFC and usually love their chicken but yesterday my daughter coming from work picked up a 12 piece dinner extra crispy, UT was RAW in the middle of the chicken so disgusting. Tried to call & nobody cared, we live in murrieta, by the time we would drive back be an hour with traffic. Last time ever go to kfc.
