went to gastionia location before something has changed the doughnuts use to melt in your mouth when hot but last time we went they were undercooked and nasty.

Got two dozen yesterday when the store opened at 6am and they were obviously from the night before. Grew up eating Krispy Kreme since mid 1960's and that was by far the most disappointing box of donuts I've ever gotten from the Huntsville, AL store. The product and the attitude of the staff has declined drastically over the last few years. Doubt I will return. ☹️

They have a promotion , but when they delivered donuts 🍩 very old and they give you the worst the donuts nobody like .

I was one of the last customers before closing lastnight, usually employees have attitudes when customers come late before closing. But Tyler and Isaac had some of the best customer service I've experienced in a while. They had great attitudes, which created a cool environment, and also helped me make a decision on donuts for my kids. Definitely coming back

Customer service is awful. I’ve been trying for over THREE weeks to speak to someone at Krispy Kreme with a constant refusal to return my call or email. If I could give you negative stars I absolutely would. It’s amazing that a business that is reported to be in trouble financially is refusing money from willing customers.

The manager at the Krispy Kreme in North Wales, PA had two young boys today waiting to speak to the manager because a call was made yesterday that they were hiring. The manager walked back and forth never acknowledging them or saying I appreciate your time, I’ll be right there. This would have been my son’s first interview, he was nervous.
My son ended up just leaving, confused. All employees in that store look miserable, I told him it was probably for the better.

I was super disappointed when I came in today and was told conflicting information by 2 different employees (one a supervisor) regarding a promotion and ultimately asked for a refund, not that the supervisor cared. She totally didn’t care. It’s a small town and I won’t be back. Sadly, I’m from NC and a long time ago, I knew some of the original people who started KK. This was not their vision and I’ll be sharing my experience with anyone who asks.

Krispy Kreme Doughnuts celebrates 88 years of business by ignoring their customers & throwing their product away instead of selling it or sharing it for the advertised price. What a tragic disservice to the community.
Don't go to the Krispy Kreme on superstition springs they suck big toes. We tried to buy doughnuts July 18th, and they couldn't hear us on the speaker, so they told us to pull forward, so we did...... they proceeded to throw away trays of doughnuts in front of us never coming to the Window. They just ignored us for 4 minutes we knocked on the window once to see if that would work and nothing just kept throwing away the doughnuts we were trying to purchase. They would look at us then each other laugh then throw away more doughnuts. I just wanted to show my daughter and her boyfriend how good they were. Well, guess who has egg on their face....me. Shame on you Krispy Kreme, shame on you. And yes, they were open still. No excuse for this lack of human decency.

Tyler was our server and he was really great . Everything was quickly assembled and off with two dozen wonderful donuts and coffee was wonderful . Stop in S d see your donuts being made in front of you.but picking between all the great donuts is hard

Drink order was made completely incorrectly double of one rather than 2 different ones and a couple glazed doughnuts took a really really long time despite being the only customer at 6am but staff was friendly and food was otherwise good
