FRAUD alert. Be careful using your credit card od debit card here. I didn't ask for a receipt. When I looked at my card statement, I noticed the amount was different than I agreed to pay. I called three times to try to speak with someone, but after I mentioned I had fraud on my card, the person suddenly couldn't hear me an hung up. I finally got the owner and he looked up the order. There were items on my charge I did not agree to pay. The owner said here could not refund my money because the "day had closed out." Shady business practices.

Love this place glad this spot opened up a few yrs ago and I can't believe I've never reviewed it. They have all your Mexican paletas the Ganzito one is my favorite but it's seems endless amounts of variety. They also have the regular ice cream in a cup same flavors but you can get creative and mix flavors around. I had a cup of corn with hot cheeto crumps on top and it was just delicious. My wife got chicarron with chile and lime which was also good. And last my son got a chamango and WOW was it good.

New owners... I was craving a tostilocos for while, today I stopped by. I noticed they had new employees, I proceeded with my order. The new employee didn't ask me if I wanted mango or cueritos in my tostilocos. When asking, they said: they don't add that. *****This is my saddest tostilocos I have ever had, no joke.

I've been to a few different locations and I always find myself coming back to this one. Not only is the customer service outstanding and the area very clean but the quality of the ice cream is phenomenal. I tend to try a new flavor everytime and I'm always satisfied with what I get. The employees are very friendly and make sure you are pleased with your order. 10/10 !!

So good I didn't even have time to take a pic of my double scoop of ice cream The employee was super friendly and even made a recommendation of her fave flavor which was delicious- something blue I think Cookie Monster. Got that and a scoop of strawberry. My stepdaughter got two scoops of Cookie Monster. We inhaled it. I grabbed a cucumber lemon drink while I was there which was really delicious. Very sweet so I diluted it when I got home but I would totally get it again.

Great customer service. The gals working tonight were very nice and welcoming. Only suggestion is maybe wear gloves. Other than that the food was amazing! So tasty and delicious!!
We ordered 3 different Paletas; Guanabana, Pineapple & Tamarindo with Chamoy. I was disappointed in my Guanabana. It's usually flavorful with a few pieces of fruit but this time it lacked flavor and I was excited I got 1 piece of fruit at the bottom. Pineapple was very good with lots of fresh fruit chunks and so was the Tamarind with Chamoy. This location practiced social distancing and was very clean. Friendly staff.

I wasn't too pleased with the service I received today. I placed a GrubHub pickup order. I had my husband go and pick it up. While waiting to grab the order he saw that one of items in my order was open and contents inside were disturbed. When I called the worker out on the items being opened and broken, she immediately blamed it on my husband(thinking he was a food delivery person). I've asked several times for the owners contact info to inform him of the oversight, to no avail. Hopefully next time they own up to their mistakes and try to rectify the situation instead of passing the blame !

My fiance and I went at night on 12/18/2020 and were served by a young man wearing a red Mad Madeline's hoodie. He served a couple who were not wearing a mask despite the sign out front ordering customers to do so. Also, I felt that he was too lazy to make what my fiance and I wanted which I felt was an excuse to not make it. Apparently, he only made the items he wanted to serve. I wasn't too impressed since the customer service here is typically outstanding.

The mango fruit was exceptional and the chili powder was great I recommend their water fruit which is made fresh daily this place is a good spot the ice cream is great my have is coconut Great place and yummy

So glad to know there is a shop here in Temecula...Just tried it for the first time the other day when i was in Corona, was blown away by their friendly service and patience considering it was our first time...can't wait to visit the Ynez location...
