Latitude is amazing! We were just walking by and the smell coming out of the restaurant was so amazing we had to come in, the chef was here at and super personable. We had a charcuterie plate and the steak with garlic and baby zucchini. I def recommend coming here.

Title: Those that will remain standing will be those who pay attention to details! In Temecula for work and looking for a great restaurant for dinner. I spent a substantial amount of time selecting this place because the restaurant scene from the last time I was here has exploded. Old town is looking more like the Gas Lamp district minus the homeless and the bike rides. Latitude sold me on the pork chops and the Fig bread. My wife and I were hungry so we arrived at the location a bit early and were welcomed in by the waitress/hostess that was welcoming and helpful. I ordered the flight of local beers and was a bit disappointed by the 50/50 split. They desperately needed a pale ale for those of us that aren't into IPA's or light beers. We ordered the homemade fig bread and the Cucumber/Avocado salad, the fig bread was amazing but the salad tasted like a Meyer Lemon minus the saladito. Our entrees arrived, I had the pork chops and they looked like something straight out of Bon Appetit. On the other hand my wife's NY strip looked like a drug bust line up minus the Million dollars in cash. I cut into my pork and dipped the meat into the sauce and I became a happy man. The pork was juicy, smokey, tangy and a lot of fun! But the fun was chopped short when I found a section of the chop bloody and uncooked. My wife's steak needed a sauce and so she borrowed some from my plate and it most definitely helped but things also stopped tasting great as she hit a pile of salt. The nice waitress came by and recited the desert list but the options sounded flat and unexciting, just like the last Bob Dylan concert. The chef was gracious enough to swing by our table and ask for our opinion about the food and we were as honest as a nine month pregnant woman. My words went something like this: "you are so close to having something great here!" But the attention to details is inexcusable. "Fix the minor details and you will have something great here!" Will I return? We'll have to wait and see.

One of Temecula's Rising Star's, what chef JR manages to whip up in his little kitchen is amazing.

Went here for a casual lunch. I had the avocado toast and cold brew coffee. Everything was delicious! Pleasant atmosphere. Our server was very friendly & attentive, and the manager stopped by to say hi and ensure we were enjoying our meal. Will visit again.

My wife and I reserved the place in between services for our wedding reception. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the food was exceptional. Everyone went far and above what was expected to help make the day special. Thank you all so very much!

I have been to both brunch and dinner here and the food is amazing! The service is awesome, they definitely work hard to make sure you are having the best experience possible. Our table got a round of champagne on the house when we were celebrating a birthday. I am currently brunching here with a friend. We started with the bottomless bar and the cinnamon roll. The cinnamon roll was gone in two minutes and the black cherry mimosa is on point. Breakfast burritos are on the way with a side of potatoes...need I say more.

Cute new place in old town Temecula. Love the decor but not so much the food. It was tasty but nothing that blew my mind. I ordered the avocado toast, it had a different flavored from what I'm use to having in avocado however it was har to enjoy with the super hard crunchy edge of the sourdough bread. Somehow the two didn't quiet pair right for me. It's not all that filling and their menu is super small. The service was great. Our waitress was super nice and patient. Met one of the JR's (sorry didn't catch his name), came by our table to say hello and thanks for stopping by. I like that honestly, it makes my visit a lot more welcoming. I would say that that made up for the food. Idk I think I'm on the fence about this place. I think I would give them a second chance and revisit. One my sis in laws ordered their Fig French toast, that one looked very impressive and delicious and then there was some kind of poke bowl that looks like it maybe a winner. Idk. It's an ok place.

My husband and I enjoyed a delicious lunch at Latitude by JR. He loved the BAM sandwich and i enjoyed the Cauliflower gnocchi. Great flavors! Great service too! Second visit to Latitude JR (8/31/19). We had an amazing brunch! The food and service here is top notch! Definitely will be back again! Thank you, Chef J!

A gem on 5th: In for lunch today, first time although friends had raved. Kanpachi Sashimi...oh, oh. I'm going to try hard not to return before the weekend when I'll come with friends to try the famous ramen.. Chef J explained that everything is made on site (ramen, Mexican flatbread, mole, red onion jam) except for the cured meats, and the care shows in deep, clear taste. They carry local wines and I had a very interesting pinot grigio by Europa Village, which I'll have again. Service was attentive, kind. Delighted to have this restaurant here.

I eat here frequently. The food is fresh, delicious and clearly made with lots of care. The pork plate is AMAZING, their soups all delicious and each item unique and wonderful.. I feel like i am treating myself well each time I eat there.

Had my birthday dinner here as a Chef menu and was very happy with the results. Not only was the food great, the wine paired with them was spot on. But the best part was having the personal preparation from the Chef and experience with him that made it superb.

Well executed unique menu. We ordered the omelet Oscar and the Bibambap. Both were delicious!

Came in for late lunch. It definitely was a great stop for excellent food. Had the spaghetti squash ragu and the chorizo gnocchi. Both bested expectations. A friendly and relaxing atmosphere, I will come back. The patio is dog friendly a plus for me and the fur babies. I look forward to trying the ramen next time.

Wow! This place is simply amazing and I hope it just blows up as a staple Temecula restaurant. Went tonight in a party of 5 and were blown away. Pros: * Great and attentive service. * Food quality was out of this world. Our favorites were by far the ribeye, the flank steak, and the chorizo gnocchi. The flavor combinations were spot on and punched a ton into each entree. * Restaurant was pleasant and quant with nice decor. * Presentation and explanation of food also hit the spot. The chef even came over and talked to us. Cons: * The only thing I can think of would be offer like 1 or 2 kids items. We came with my 4 year old who literally eats everything, but i could see how this may be a benefit with others with picky children. PS don't skip out before the amazing desserts!! Worth every calorie!! Can't wait to come back and try the chef dinner and then brunch! Yum!
