I just went ahead and ordered my meals for the week and as long as it's within my budget I will make this a staple. I look forward to the results from healthier eating. Great choices, fresh prep, easy to stay on diet of programs of your choice. Lots of options and plenty of protein selected carbs and lots of veggies. The price is acceptable when you compare doing your own self prep and having containers to go and easy to store.

I began my fitness journey again and decided this time I would use a meal prep service. Leanfeast seemed like a great option for a few reasons- they are local and you can walk in to grab your food, choose what you want, and walk away with it instead of ordering online. Plus they aren't too expensive, or so I thought. The first time I went in, they had closed their doors before they were supposed to, so I had to stand outside and wait for someone to open the door and see if they could still use their computers. Then when I went in, I immediately noticed that it wasn't fitness geared employees working there, but random minimum wage hires. Nice people, but definitely not people that would completely understand the nutrition needs of someone looking to get prepped healthy meals. So, no recommendations, knowledge or help given aside from pouring my choices into the containers. I decided that while I searched for a better company I would still use them, just so I wouldn't have to cook on my own. Well, a month into my hardcore workouts, 20k steps a day, high intensity workouts, I had zero progress. I spent an entire day trying to figure out what had gone wrong. I was eating the portions recommended by my trainer, working out, sleeping well, drinking water...zero reason why I shouldn't see progress. So we decided to investigate more into the meals I was eating. My trainer asked me which sauce I used from LeanFeast. I told her none, have you seen the sodium content??? Asian sauce is 1700 grams per Oz. And then it hit me. They marinate their meats in these sauces. So I called to get more direct nutrition facts for their meats and they literally have no idea, I was told that they can't give information like that because they just marinate it in the sauce but they don't measure it out to know what the facts are. So essentially I could be ingesting thousands of grams of sodium a day! 10/10 do not recommend this company if you're looking for actual progress and results from a healthier diet.

My husband and I have gotten meals from here multiple times before and unfortunately all we like is the seafood (salmon especially ). The reason they get 1 star is for lying to their customers. When I go in to order we always get 10-15 meals. We always ask for salmon and it's always out or only have a couple left. But this has happened to me a few times someone after me will order salmon and all of a sudden they have more. Even though they tell me they gave me all they had. It's happened 2 times already I'm convinced the owner is cheap and limiting how much salmon they give out per order. He's also very cocky and rude. If this is so they should tell their customers instead of lying. I won't be going to lean feast again after this and they should realize their food is bland and disgusting the only thing that is good is the salmon and they limit how much you can get of it. I'll be going to guiltless meal prep from now on. Oh also they raised their prices and removed all sponsored discount codes. The business is ran as poorly as it could be.

I really like the food, it's super convenient and the meat I've tried so far is really yummy. I add some cheese & salt to the veggies and potatoes and it definitely satisfies me. I'm really grateful for a place like this because I spend more money shopping at the store and never end up eating a lot of it. I eat all of the meals I get here and don't waste anything. I dig the prices too!
