The woman who was working on Sunday November 23rd at the store off rancho California who was not wearing a name tag , should NOT be running this store , she said she was the manager to which I was very surprised due to the fact that she firstly took my order wrong over the phone that call took place at 11:15am after I waited 15 mins for my order brought it to my car and realized it was wrong, returned jt to the store for correction when this woman behind the counter proceeded to argue with me telling me she didn’t take the order wrong, after I corrected her by telling her I know what I ordered and clearly still needed my correct pizza, she then told me it would be 10 minutes, I went to my car to wait and she followed me out there arguing with me even further having me repeat myself and my order to her for the 5th time // FINALLY I go to get my order and she tells me I owe her more money, I told her this was a huge inconvenience as well as HORRIBLE customer service. Had my 5 year old with me and I’m a single mother and had to argue with someone to get the food that I ordered and paid for made correctly. This woman shouldn’t be a manager at any establishment and by the reflection of your other reviews she won’t be correcting her behavior anytime soon .

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST LITTLE CEASERS EVER I WOULD NOT BUY FROM HERE. They denied making food 1 hour prior to closing stating what ever they had in the rack was all they would sell even tho the closing time clearly states 10 and there are no other written instructions stating they will not make any new order after a specific time. Worst service I’ve ever received I would not recommend staff was rude and the place was dirty

Smallest hot wings ever paid 50 dollars for mid pizza which is expected its not fine dining but the least they can do is give normal size wings

If I could leave no star I would. I've seen they Like to refuse the right to service to some people (not me I watched it happen there) either under or over cooked pizza never fully cut. Orders look and taste rushed.

The guy was nice. Its lil ceasers so yk… dont expect 3 star michilen food but overall clean frendly and not that expensive

I recently went in to buy a 5 meat pizza and got charged extra fee. Online it says pizza is only $13.68 cents with tax and I recently got charged $17 and some change for a pizza. The man working register on Tuesday April 1, 2025 made me pay an extra 5 dollars. I would really like to speak with the manager and get my remaining change back because that’s very un fair and you guys need to get reported for stealing from customers. That not right what you guys do. Stealing is very wrong and would have never thought a pizzeria I’ve been going for years would steal from me. Makes me really sad to think someone would steal a simple $5 dollars from someone.

We ordered 2 pizzas online. We did not order puffs and sauce. We ended up paying for puffs and sauce which were not given to us when we walked in to get the pizzas. We did not expect to get anything more than the two pizzas so did not notice the receipt on one box shows the extra items. Really disappointed.

Super rude! I walk in and said do you have anything ready to go? He said yes we have bread. I said OK he said cash your charge so I started to count my money and he walked away from me.!!! And left me standing there (he’s dark haired and scruffy looking) After several minutes, one of the employees came from the back and said, how can we help you?
I said I already ordered the man just walked away from me and left me standing here so then he came back up and took my money when I asked for dipping sauce he said that’s extra rudely. I said OK so I had to take out another dollar and six cents After I gave him the money He slammed the door closed at the register again very very rude!!!
I will never go to Little Caesars at any location because Domino’s Pizza always greets me with a smile

Went to order pizza online . Online was not working properly so I walked in told them I wanted the $7.99 special they have going on . And got charged $12.29 the difference is $4.00 in which I went back in to ask them why they charged me for a custom when I order the deal they have going on . I spoke with the team leader . Which is in charge and he did not honor the deal instead refused to honor it . I would not recommend this place . If they over charge people for what clearly is a deal the customer asked for .
