Little Caesars Pizza

The person who attended my call did not treat me well. If he does not want to work, it is better not to go and stay home. Terrible service.

The guy who took our order was rude.The other guy that handed me my order was rude, and the order was wrong… He handed me an order with someone else’s name and when I mentioned it was not right he pointed to the order, said the item I ordered wasn’t on the receipt.. I let him know the order was wrong still so he ripped the label off someone else’s item he was holding while rolling his eyes and handed me the correct item I ordered. They were clearly miserable and did not care. I wish I hadn’t tipped them when I paid as I didn’t know they would be so rude.

Ordered online, tracker said 14-19 minutes. After I arrived to pick up my pizza, had to wait 30+ minutes. Ultimately it took over an hour to get my order of 1 pizza, crazy bread and a dip. Reason for delay is unknown, I was never told. My guess, either a system error or lack of effort by 3-4 of the people working. Only saw 2 employees who appeared to being any effort into the busy night. To the 2 that were working, keep up good work ethic, it does pay off in the long run!

This place.. I don't know why I still come here, honestly. I should just drive the extra mile and go to the one on Rancho. BUT if you enjoy waiting forever to get your cold pizza (at least 30 minutes past the time it says it's ready), being ignored in the small pick up area along with a crowd of people ALSO waiting on their "done" order, and finally getting handed everything after coercing an employee to come to the register and receiving your dipping sauce that is only 1/4 of the way filled.... than man, this is the place for you!!!
I mean, really... EVERY SINGLE TIME.

Customer service was very low quality. I was ignored at first and then the woman working there was very unfriendly and unpleasant to talk to. One of my garlic butters was already opened and leaked in the car. I paid $6 for extra toppings, there was only 3 mushrooms on a large pizza and the only 8 pieces of sausage were all on the same half of the pizza. Also, 3 onions were found on the pizza and those weren't even supposed to be on it. Zero stars.

40 minutes late on order. Didn't even meet my rock bottom expectations. Little caesars isn't known for being good but they somehow still screwed that up. Single item by the way

You can't beat a $7 pepperoni pizza. The person behind the counter was friendly, that's all you can ask for.

I ordered 3 whole pizzas and wings online and when I picked my order up I noticed that my wings was buffalo instead of ceasar. I told the girl that I ordered ceasar not buffalo. She literally was so RUDE. All I said was I ordered ceasar not buffalo, instead of apologizing for giving me the wrong one she arrogantly told me that "it's an easy fix" with an attitude!!! She seems like she hates her job. She needs to work somewhere else coz she doesn't deserve a tip!!

We go yesterday Friday October 4th around 5 pm and we buy one hot and ready and one deep deep dish pizza and this one have raw dough so disgusting and disappointing cause they said it will be 15-20 minutes wait for the pizzas but it take them 40-50 minutes to have them ready but Not well done

Out of other locations the food here is great, decently priced and fresh. The staff is nice and always busy. Stop by for a quick bite to go and you wont regret it. I do miss the $5 pizza days but hopefully soon this will be reality once again. But for less than $10 for a pizza that fills you up when you need it most cannot be beat, even at modern day prices. ? ? ?

If you can avoid this place please do! This specific spot has easily the worst customer service ever. the assistant manager said she didnt get paid enough to deal with me when I asked about where my pizza went. I ordered online arrived to the spot and waited additional 30 minutes. After that I asked and no one knew where my pizza was. You guys need to pick better people to hire because this was easily the worst customer service I have ever encountered.fix ur attitude.
