Placed an online order. Simple instructions on making the pizza. I get there at the time I was given and found nothing on the pickup box. I waited another 15 min and asked if my food was ready, was told were waiting on the crazy bread. I finally get my order and the pizza they hand me isn’t even mine. They never made my pizza…. Then I hand it back and get told it’ll be another 15 min. Finally after 45-60 min of waiting on little Cesar pizza they end up giving me an undercooked pizza. Can’t make this up

Worst little Caesar’s I’ve ever ordered from. They delivered to the wrong address. When asked why they delivered to the wrong address they said we tried to contact you so we left it anywhere. Asked to speak with manager and staff said they would call me back but couldn’t tell me the number they would call back. Don’t go here. You’ve been warned. Bad service! I won’t ever order little Ceasar’s again.

This particular visit wasn't the best. Paying for ranch is no big deal, but destroys my comfortable first world experience when they forget to give it to you ?..also didn't do garlic butter and Parmesan as I requested and paid for.

What’s the point of the pizza portal if the thing never works? Took me an hour and a half to pick up my pizza, said it was ready after half an hour of ordering, but I went to pick it up Pizza Portal didn’t work, and there was a line of people waiting to pick up their order. Literally left and came back 15 minutes later and finally someone was helping everyone. My order was in the damn pizza portal the whole time!! But my code and scan didn’t work and it never does!! What’s the point of the damn pizza portal if it never works???

So easy. The most bestest cheese is so good. Also I'm surprised how much I like the bread. Keep it up little Caesar's. Totally my go to for easy consistent quick pizza for a great price!

My little caesar's experience was beyond any other i've seen before. I felt like i was in singapore where all the people are robots. It gave me a glimpse of the future and i will forever be grateful for little caesar's. HOWEVER, nacho cheese bad and taste like butt. DO NOT GET CHEESE SAUCE KN YOUR PRETZEL PIZZA IT MADE THE WHILE MEAL FEEL QUEASY. I would recommend the regular sauce because cheese sausage BAD. on the other hand, pretzel crust was enlightening and was everything i have ever hoped or dreamed of. My good friend cried over the salty pretzely great crust. all in all cheese sauce bad, pretze crust good. I want ice cream. Luv you lil caesar's

Overcharged for pizza. Was told to call back to get refunded. Keep calling and keep getting the run around for past week. Say they will call back but don't. Buyer beware. Little Stealers.
We ordered through DoorDash and after waiting for the delivery we realized that the restaurant staff sent us the wrong pizza!!!! When I called the restaurant they wanted me to go get the pizza! This people needs to be trained to perform their job correctly! I won’t buy any pizza from this place!

Theres 2 Little Caesars close to me in Temecula and there both horrible. The one close to me only excepts cash (for now on). There still being audited. They were also ALWAYS giving me the wrong pizzas. So I drive further to another Little Caesars that just recently started over charging on the little side dressings. If you dont pay attention they'll get away with charging .59 each. Otherwise, the sign states 2 for $1.00 or .59 each. We always get atleast 6 and they charge over $7.00. The wings, they barely put any sauce on there wings and when you ask for more they charge you. I have no problem with being charged for extra. But atleast make sure theres a decent amount put on them to begin with. They weren't like this before. I'm guessing under new management or just lazy employees

worst worst absolute WORST place to go to. believe me I don't write reviews at all but this place has repeatedly done wrong.yes I know it's my fault for not checking before I go home and for going back but i still get shocked at they're service. I live 30 mins out of town so by the time I get home I can't return it. 1.why advertise hot and ready when your NEVER hot and ready. And multiple times the manager would use the excuse they were the only one Working as i see 2 kids in the back making pizzas.... umm ok??2. why is it hard to have any pride in your work? almost always they're pizza is a MESS. sauce everywhere, cut horribly, burnt, just disgusting. Plenty of times it was inedible 3. this is the worst, I went there ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas and they (as always) didn't have any ready so I said ok to waiting and told them my name. When I came back in after 10-15 mins I see the girl who took my order handing my pizzas to someone else that just walked in and once she saw me she informs me she gave my food to someone else and I'd have to wait another 10 mins. Yes she apologized but its still ridiculous. 4. this was the final straw to get me to this point of reviewing, I purchased a pizza on my way home and they (like always) had no hot and ready pepperoni pizza but they had a cheese so I just got it they guy opened it and checked it then gave it to me when I got home I looked at it and it was cut soooo bad it was a sauce soup mess. I can't stand this place.

What's the point of sending an email that says my pizza is read? What's the point of ordering a day in advance for a larger order?I ordered it a day in advance, you sent me an email that my pizza was ready 5 mins before I arrived. I wait 10 mins in line and finally am told my pizza isn't ready yet?I literally watched them hand out pizzas to other customers as I was waiting in line to get my "ready" order.Safe to say I'll be ordering from another place for my next kids birthday party as I expect the simple quality of having my order ready when I'm told my order is ready. Weird how that should work.It's a good thing the price for value on the pizza is worth it, but I figured a chain like this at least wouldn't send me a notification my order is ready when it isn't.Just be warned. If you order for a certain time and they tell you it's ready. It'll probably be 30 mins after that.

This is a quick & affordable pizza place. The Pizza is better than Digiorno. Don't complain, it is what is is. Fast, Hot & Ready. 6.50 For a pepperoni pizza hot out of the oven. Yum
