I live with a restricted diet due to a condition and this restaurant has a gluten free menu. I can actually eat some of the food and it's really good. I always buy more so I have left overs. The service is professional and friendly. Definitely a go to restaurant 😋.

Food was really good. I just wanted something small like some burnt ends or some rib tips but wife surprised me with some ribs that we're really good and some brisket that was really juicy 😋. The smashed potatoes weren't really good and the coleslaw was ok.

Pretty good food, good drinks! Our server was fabulous, I will come back to add her name once find it! She made the experience 10x better!!

The brisket was so dry and my father got the ribs and they were dry too. We didn't enjoy the food at all. In fact I went here a year ago and I remember the meat was dry then too. I decided to give it another try because it smelled so bomb walking by but unfortunately it was the same dissatisfaction. How do you have a BBQ restaurant and not know how to cook meat. So deceiving. Last time for sure at this Temecula location. The one in Rancho Cucamonga is way better, located by Bass Pro Shop.

We went to Lucille’s for lunch today, to our surprise it was not bustling as usual. The server Andrew was very nice, kind and knowledgeable. Ordered drinks, the shift drinks were delivered shortly, the alcoholic drinks took a long time to show up. The appetizer plate came a half hour after almost when we were drinking our last sips. The food was ok but took forever to show up and a part of the food was presented after we paid the bill which we had cancelled. Lousy service for not being busy but the worst part was when I talked to Orlando the manager, he didn’t seem phased nor care, he said thank you for letting him know and while I told him we were not coming back he said that is fine. No wonder the place is not thriving with such management attitude.
