Want to know truth about this place and how management and owner really treats it customers! On reviews go all the way to the right and choose "lowest" and scroll through! The reviews go back over 10 years confirming the lack of quality in food and how poorly customers are treated. I tried to call about our experience. Was told the manager would return call in 2 days. Never called. I called again. I was verbally assaulted and then hung up on. It was very clear from beginning of call that they were already annoyed. They were never going to return my call. They DO NOT CARE how they run their business. They discriminate on elderly and other aspects of customers (reviews are clear). Very expensive food for poor quality and portion. Temecula known for so many wonderful food eateries. Spare yourself from wasting money here.

This is a burger joint, but I had to get the ribs. The ribs and sauce was delicious! I really enjoyed that the sauce had slices of pineapple in it. (Ribs are only sold on Fridays.)
The covered outdoor seating is great. You get to people watch a little and enjoy the weather.

I give honest reviews based on my experience and expectations. If you like soft and mushy fries this is your place. If you enjoy average burgers, this is your place. We were seated at a booth that has hard plastic bench seats, you know the type you can easily slide across. Well I could not slide across the bench because they were so dirty and tacky that sliding was not possible. I did clean two areas with wet wipes and boy were they filthy. Makes you wonder what other subpar cleaning methods are followed here. The fries and burger was not impressive, not even worthy of discussion. The attention to service was excellent, quickly order taken and served. Staff was polite, attentive and friendly. Not much here will justify a follow up visit.

Great burgers and friendly staff! Price is a little high, but nice to sit outside in Old Town Temecula and enjoy a good meal.

There were three of us. For each, the burger itself was okay. Not plump & juicy, no char or flame grilled taste. Meat was dense like it was cooked cold right out of the fridge. Really relies on the toppings. Atmosphere was good. Outside, porch setting, good energy and service was friendly.

They were short staffed but the attitude of the blonde waitress was extremely rude. She could have at least seated us we were clearly with people that had disability but she insisted we waited standing in line even though there were still so many free seats. She forced us to stand and we requested if we could at least find seats she shouted at us.

I went here in Saturday 7/20/2024 for lunch with my in-laws, everything was great! Went back around 16 minutes before closing to try the shakes to go . They told us there closed and not taking orders, all I wanted was a shake and they turned us down 15 minutes before they closed . I don’t come to California often because I’m station in Fort Carson and my in-laws live here . I’m was so upset that they turnes us down literally 16 minutes before they closed and some guests were barely getting their orders taken at the table . I’m just very disappointed

Still trying to figure out how 1 kids hamburger w fries, 1 shake, and 2 corn dogs and fries came out to $40 before tip. Murrieta resident here, been Here off an on for years. Whatever.

Decided to try this place after spending time at the Farmers Market. Definitely was a great choice. This small but busy restaurant has a great vibe. The food recommended by our sever was spot on, as was the conversation regarding the food and the hamburger competition.

Great burgers and dogs here!Stopped in for lunch and enjoyed it very much! With so many choices, it was hard to decide what to get! I got the bacon burger. It was juicy and delicious! Way more than I could finish! Great homemade fries accompanied the burger and they were cooked to perfection! There was a large array of shakes to consider, trying this little gem out!! I think you may find it a nebut I was just too full. However, next time, I think I want to try their banana shake!! This little outdoor place had seating complete with a misting system that kept me cool. I enjoyed eating outside while watching the sights of Old Town Temecula. Service was fast and friendly! I would definitely recommendw favorite spot like I did!
