Just like all things internet related these days, it's a chore to give somebody money.

Just trying to order a burger for delivery the last 20 minutes. Why make it difficult? I want to give you money. I love your burgers.

Alas, unsuccessful!

We had seen the signs for this place when we go to Temecula, so this time we stopped. WHAT A MISTAKE. First of all the waiter didn't care if ANY customers were there. Very uninterested in his job. Maybe because he gets 20 bucks an hour no matter what? I ordered a BLT, NOT TOASTED ON WHITE BREAD WITH XTRA MAYO. I got white stale bread that might have well been toasted; it was so hard, it broke all apart. It was served whole, not cut in half and no mayo at all, let alone, extra.
1/2 head of lettuce and 2 overdone strips of bacon.
$14.99, NO SIDES INCLUDED. My husband ordered a 1/4 pound cheeseburger. It seemed 5 ft tall because it had even more lettuce. No sides. $15.99. The guy never came back to the table to see if our food was OK or if we wanted refills on our drinks. When he came to take our plates, he saw the disater.....uneaten bread, massive amts of lettuce and I left the two strips of charred bacon right on top for everyone to see. Guess what? He didn't even ask then if the food was good. I just couldn't believe what miserable food AND SERVICE we experienced. NEVER AGAIN.
What a complete waste of $51.45.

Remember when you could go here and buy a reasonably priced burger? Not anymore. Just like the rest of old town, this is now exclusively for tourists.

This place is definitely for the tourists in Temecula, but we had to stop. For some reason it took a really long time for someone to seat us, and some of the items on the menu weren't on the menu anymore, kind of annoying, that's my only complaints. This place won a bunch of burger awards in the past. The burgers are bigger than you would expect. But also pretty good. I had the wagyu burger. Fresh cut fries is always a winner in my book and of course they have alcohol. Michelada on a hot day goes well. Seating is outside on a deck but they have misters to keep it cool and the bugs away.

Over hyped for mediocre burgers. The location and the smell is what attracts you to this location, but the best ends there.

This place has a charming retro vibe that gives it a fun, nostalgic feel. The service was friendly and attentive, which made for a pleasant experience. The food was decent, a classic burger joint, but nothing particularly standout. A solid spot if you're in the mood for something simple and familiar.

Want to know truth about this place and how management and owner really treats it customers! On reviews go all the way to the right and choose "lowest" and scroll through! The reviews go back over 10 years confirming the lack of quality in food and how poorly customers are treated. I tried to call about our experience. Was told the manager would return call in 2 days. Never called. I called again. I was verbally assaulted and then hung up on. It was very clear from beginning of call that they were already annoyed. They were never going to return my call. They DO NOT CARE how they run their business. They discriminate on elderly and other aspects of customers (reviews are clear). Very expensive food for poor quality and portion. Temecula known for so many wonderful food eateries. Spare yourself from wasting money here.

This is a burger joint, but I had to get the ribs. The ribs and sauce was delicious! I really enjoyed that the sauce had slices of pineapple in it. (Ribs are only sold on Fridays.)
The covered outdoor seating is great. You get to people watch a little and enjoy the weather.

I give honest reviews based on my experience and expectations. If you like soft and mushy fries this is your place. If you enjoy average burgers, this is your place. We were seated at a booth that has hard plastic bench seats, you know the type you can easily slide across. Well I could not slide across the bench because they were so dirty and tacky that sliding was not possible. I did clean two areas with wet wipes and boy were they filthy. Makes you wonder what other subpar cleaning methods are followed here. The fries and burger was not impressive, not even worthy of discussion. The attention to service was excellent, quickly order taken and served. Staff was polite, attentive and friendly. Not much here will justify a follow up visit.

Great burgers and friendly staff! Price is a little high, but nice to sit outside in Old Town Temecula and enjoy a good meal.
