This place was not good at all. The Hamburgers are terrible. The delicious smell of burgers being grilled is what drew me and my husband to eat at this place for the first time, while visiting Old Town Temecula. It took over 35 minutes to get our cold untoasted and unmelted cheese burgers and fries/onion rings. The waiter hyped up the food and we were very disappointed with the quality of our food once we got our order. I will never comeback noir recommended this restaurant to anyone. Very Disappointed.

Great service and atmosphere. The pastrami on rye is my go to and it's large enough that two can share. My daughters love the root beer floats. The waitress staff are super friendly and on top of things, but they could use an extra hand in the kitchen.

They have Great burgers and love their fresh cut fries. We enjoy sitting outside and watching the variety of cars driving up and down the main drag.

I was really looking forward to a thick, juicy bacon cheeseburger, so passing by the burgers looked amazing. We ordered two Bacon Cheeseburgers and upgraded to onion rings. The burger was processed and not very flavourful but okay. The bun almost seemed stale with very little toast on it, which made it doughy and chewy. I will say that the combination and construction of the burger was very good, although the bacon was a bit rubbery, the condiments were spot on. The onion rings were okay and most likely a Sysco frozen food service premium brand. All in all, I'm sure this was a good place at one time. They have an amazing lineup of burgers but miss the mark on quality. I think my $54.00 and the 8% added mark up for two run of the mill bacon cheeseburgers could have been spent elsewhere for a better quality burger.

The burgers were ok, not as great as we were expecting for award winning burgers. My daughter had chicken strips and she couldn't eat them at all. Probably won't be going back.

Had the pulled pork sandwich, it was SO good! Tender, juicy, & even the bread was soft! It wasn't fatty either. This was my first time trying this spot and my sister agreed the sandwich was delicious. I'd def come back and try something else. Service was good too!

The food is great and I used to love this place. I understand that things are more expensive these days but slipping this on the bill at the end is ridiculous. And 6.50 for 7 onion rings instead of fries? They should at least ask if you voted for Biden before they add an inflation service fee.Vegetarian options: If you are a vegetarian, there is a nice lawn a healthy walk away.

We had our dog with us. They seated us then got a bowl of water for our dog. Service is top notch. Food came fast. Seems like a knife, and fork come with every order. I leaned on my burger so I could get my mouth around it. Great charcoal grilled flavor throughout. Highly recommend a stop for a memorable burger.

Incredible care and service from Makayla (sp? I'm sorry I should have asked) and everyone working tonight 3-8-24. Amazing food. Cooked to perfection. Had the "333", my daughter had the 2 corndogs. Fries fresh and perfectly seasoned. They even turned on Disney and we had "Moana" playing, and everlasting other families there were excited too! Above and beyond on all fronts. Thank you for making a special road trip for my daughter and I even more spectacular. I can't even begin to describe how much you guys made our day. Way to go

We’re locals, and this just isn’t a place for locals unfortunately. We had two burgers and two shakes; it was over $90 before tip. Definitely a tourist trap. The burgers and shakes were good, but not worth the price. We were also charged a surcharge/service/inflation/peak hours type fee that was tacked onto the bill; it was not peak hours, it was pretty empty, after the lunch crowd, during the middle of the week. Again, the food was fine but for $90+ we could have had a nice sit down meal elsewhere.

We will not be coming back to this place. We order a medium well hamburger and it came out burnt. The Service was ok not that great . They close at 8 and they told people they are closing at 7 . We saw several people leave very disappointed. No music playing, they started turning off the TV. Seen like they are closing while we are still eating. Will not recommend this place.
