We stopped by here on the recommendations of some nice people we met at a winery in the valley. The place is a jewel of a small family business that sells different kinds of sausages and other like condiments for your sausage selection like mustards, chilies, etc. Let me just say that the 3 different flavors of links we brought home were all good. The blends, the flavors and construction of them were very satisfying. Price to value is right there and you can't go wrong with the selections they offer. Which reminds me, I gotta go as I got some links on the cast iron skillet calling my name. Enjoy!

The Apple, Cinnamon pork sausages are super...gotta try them. The breakfast sausage roll is a bit light on spice, but the more i think about it, many of the big commercial guys bury the pork in sage and salt...Mad Mikes is actually very good. The other varieties will be cooked up next week...going to make Jambalaya with the Andouille.

My wife and I absolutely loved the dinner experience here at Mad Mike's! Great food and the BEST customer service here. Mike himself makes you feel like family visiting his establishment. My husband took me to a restaurant in ocean side for one of my birthdays one year and we had the best sausage we’ve ever tried and asked them what they used... they told us about this family owned business in temecula so a few years back we went and picked ourselves up some sausages!!!! We’ve gone back multiple times and absolutely love everything! The owners are the sweetest people and make you feel so loved and they truly appreciate our business every single time we go. So if your in or around or pass by temecula you need to grab something from them! My personal favorite is there pineapple sausage!!!! But truly everything is absolutely delicious!

This place is amazing. If you've never been to Mad Mike's before it's definitely a diamond in the rough out here in Temecula. Great food ,great sausages , great comfort food and overall wonderful customer service. Definitely recommend this place to anybody who's in the area or if you're having an event they cater as well.

First found this company at a bluegrass event in temecula . Tried their sausage there, it was pretty good. Visited there store in Temecula and bought the Sweet Apple Chipotle Rub. That turn out good also. Only issue with it was it's come in a small 4 ounce bottle. Was trying it on a 4 lb tri tip. Not enough for the meat. Should have gotten several bottles

My family and I visited a Mad Mike's pop up at the South Coast winery the other day and the woman at the cash register was incredibly rude. I asked if they took Venmo and she rudely said no. My sister in law asked about the sausage flights that were on the menu and she said, with a surly attitude, "WE'RE NOT DOING SAUSAGE FLIGHTS TODAY". We were all planning on trying their food but I decided to only buy jerky. Everyone else we interacted with were so nice and this woman was bossing everyone else around and being just as short and rude with them. We even saw her rip up the menus we referenced and toss them in the trash. I don't understand what her problem was. Not a good look for Mad Mike and his Giant Sausages...
