Not worth going here at all! The wine tasting next door is great, but just go elsewhere for food. For how well put-together this place seems, the service is actually bad. Our food took over an hour to arrive, and on top of that we had to order from the bar - there’s no waiters and service to tables. There were also no cloth napkins at the tables, no knives and not enough cutlery, and the plates seemed like a plastic-wood (looked very cheap). I don’t understand why the prices of the food are what they are for how cheap the amenities were and the staff weren’t very kind either. We were quite disappointed since we had to wait way too long for the food and the quality of everything and the food was not worth that.

Mama Rosa Trattoria & Winery is a gem in Temecula. While it can get busy, especially on weekends, the delicious food, impressive wine selection, and lovely ambiance make it well worth the visit. Just be sure to make a reservation, especially during peak season!

I had dinner here on a Monday around 5pm. I sat on the large patio, which is counter service. You order at the counter, then sit wherever you want and they bring your food to you. I had the spaghetti bolognese. It was undercooked. The carrots were crunchy as were the onions. It was also very sweet, as if sugar was added. I had a Sangiovese which was delicious. My spaghetti and wine came to $34 before tip. I’ve heard the pizza is really good though, so if I return I’d try the pizza.

Actually felt like being in Tuscany with the vineyard all green on a sunny day. The property is super nice! We had a margarita pizza, bruschetta and Caesar salad with some wine and it was all really good. It’s nice to actually eat somewhere not in town that’s not a chain. We will 100% be back.
A beautiful day with my beautiful daughter Heather We were served at the order station by a cordial respectful and educated server Christian Top notch young man His coworker Kiley made sure that everything was good for us and checked with us to make sure we were having the experience we wanted NO pressure Kiley is a true professional imo We had the r & r pizza with extra mushrooms and sausage It’s not their favorite to make because the toppings are too heavy for the thin crust They agreed today 😎 It was a 9.8 today in both of our opinions Heather thinks it might be her best pizza ever

The entire staff at Mama Rosa’s should be proud that they turned a misting overcast day into one of the best days my daughter and I have spent in many many years Thank you

A great place to go for really good pizza, in a relaxed covered outside patio. Good entertainment on weekends! We’ve made Mama Rosa’s a destination, about 6 times a year. It’s an almost 2 hour drive for us to get there!
