Similar to a college cafeteria. The food was overcooked. They have no explanation of what things are or what's in them. Sign saying not to waist food but you really do have to try things. Only child pricing for under 5 so we seriously overpaid for the 10 and 12 year old that ate very little. Last time for us.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but our experience here was unacceptable. The staff didn’t greet us, didn’t offer any assistance, and treated us with complete disregard—as if we didn’t belong there. It felt demeaning, almost as if we were invisible or unwelcome. Customer service should never make anyone feel this way. I hope the management takes this seriously and provides proper training on basic courtesy and respect.

Went to the buffet yesterday. They had Chicken Manchurian with the label Cauliflower Manchurian. We trusted the label and put it in our mouth, only to realize it was meat. When we asked the person serving, he casually removed the label like it was no big deal. Not even a basic apology. Just shrugged it off.
They had carrot halwa and rice pudding, but no bowls. Are people supposed to drink pudding from the same plate used for curries? Makes no sense.
We were still patient and tried to order Cauliflower Manchurian since the buffet had no other veg starters. When I called the server, he took our order from far away and shouted, “Medium or Mild?” Seriously? It felt like we were in a free food line, not a restaurant we’ve paid for.
At 2:40 PM, he came to our table and told us to wrap things up because they’d be closing soon. Funny thing is, three other groups were still eating, and they came after us. None of them were told anything.
We’ve been to this place many times, and this same server always talks to us in a language we clearly don’t understand—despite us telling him multiple times that we speak only English. It’s disrespectful and unprofessional.
Never going back there ever again.

I've been coming to Mantra for a couple of years now, and they NEVER disappoint. Their hospitality, service and food has always been great. The guys are always very welcoming. I don't like to try too many different indian restaurants because I like to keep it safe, not sure how different the food is from different regions, but the food at Mantra is DELICIOUS. I highly recommend Mantra, you'll love it too ❤️

We recently visited the restaurant and, unfortunately, were very disappointed with the service. After the initial serving of our food, it seemed that the staff became unresponsive. Despite calling for assistance several times (around 3-4 times), the waiters were slow and inattentive. As a result, we were unable to fully enjoy our meal and ultimately decided to leave. We hope the restaurant addresses these service issues to improve the overall dining experience.

I've been here a couple of times prior and enjoyed the food and service. This time I was quite disappointed. The selection was inadequate. All the chicken was very dry. The naan was either too oily or dry. The service was not there.

The food was amazing, and so was the place. Great aesthetic, but the service was so slow I turned 40 before my food came out. I would recommend ordering a week prior to showing up the restaurant so the food is nice and hot when you arrive.
