I'm on a timed schedule, second time at this location, and same situation where I get skipped three times, waited and never got serviced. Worst ever costumer service. Took myself to JACK N THE BOX. And tell me why that was a wayyy better experience!

Just went through the drive-through they didn’t ask if we wanted a large small or medium told them we wanted Coke to drink. They must’ve put something in the soda cause that was not Coca-Cola and my fries were not large. They were small tried calling you guys back. No one answered. I will be back tomorrow though.

Walked in to a crowd of people waiting both to order and for their food. Looked behind the counter and the employees were just laughing and joking around instead of helping anyone. I (along with several others) waited over 30 minutes for a single item. Completely unorganized and unprofessional.
Clean, fast drive thru. Stopped by for breakfast before work.

Maria, the manager is extremely rude. I have been here several times. She always has a negative attitude as if you did something to upset her day. She is extremely unhelpful. She was unable to help us with our application issues which I understood. Was extremely Unaccommodating to customer needs. This is the closest McDonald’s to my job so I have given it several chances. But every interaction I have had with Maria has been very distasteful and unprofessional.
