I placed an online order at 10:52am for hotcakes. Pulled up at 10:57 and marked myself as “here” and the app told me the order was not ready yet. At 11:01 the order was cancelled by McDonald’s. I go inside to the counter and they tell me the order was cancelled bc it “was not picked up by 11 - when breakfast ends”. The order was placed BEFORE breakfast ends, and was never ready. A second mobile order was placed for 2 fries, 1 sandwich, and 1 drink. I waited an additional 30 minutes for this order.
The food - fries are undercooked, soggy and limp, and have a strange chemical taste to them. The sandwich - asked for extra toppings, not done. The coffee - watered down.
The staff - in the back yelling and arguing, everything looks incredibly chaotic. Almost everyone is avoiding the register, ignoring clients, or being rude when addressed.
Meanwhile customers and door dashers alike are all waiting 30+ minutes for their orders. Orders are lost, forgotten.
An overall underwhelming experience. This location’s staff needs some serious training.
The one positive was one staff member with the light, shoulder-length hair (Aiden?) - they were incredibly kind and did their very best to help fix the situation.

Surprisingly clean place. Worst customer service ever. No one stops to ask why you are standing at the counter. Everyone just looked us and kept walking. Even when saying excuse me to get their attention. I finally had to step in front of someone to stop them to get help. $20 an hour employees to just ignore dine in customers.

This new style that Mcdonalds is embracing is sad. No one welcomes you in anymore you have to use the kiosk and if you have any questions or concerns there is no way to call the attention of anyone in the kitchen. You’re forced to stand there until someone sees you or they bring an order out for you to talk to anyone and the employees always seem annoyed they have to interact with you. The food is somehow both greasy and bland. You might say: “what do you expect its mcdonalds fast food”, but thats just the issue, this is the reputation here in Ca, in Tx the meat is so flavorful and so are the fries but here its just grease and cardboard. Expensive too— the price calls for better quality in my opinion.

My Tesla’s park brake got stuck in the drive-thru and one of the McDonald’s workers who also works as a car repairman helped me get it out safely. I appreciate the team here! The food and deals are great, $1.91 for a McChicken burger! Free refills while dining in 🥤

I love the app, they have great deals and I got a two for one order just for using the app and clicking on deals!!!! You also get rewards points for using the app. Order it pay for it and pull in the spot and they bring the food out to you!
