I just want to give a huge compliment to Leo, who was working the drive thru window on 11/10/2024 around 4:30 pm. He has such an amazing attitude even though it was extremely busy, being a holiday weekend. Leo provided outstanding customer service. Also, want to recognize Angel who was so helpful at the counter when I came inside to get information.

Okay, so I had a little bit of a funny experience at McDonald's the other day. I was exhausted and just wanted to grab some coffee and fries for my kids. I thought I had a coupon for $1.49 fries, but it turned out to be for free fries with a soft drink. The speaker at the drive-through was a bit hard to understand, and since English isn't my first language, things got a little mixed up. I ended up being charged full price for the fries at first. But here's the good part! The manager was super nice about it. He listened patiently, and even though the coupon didn't apply, he gave me the fries for free anyway! Big thanks to that friendly manager for turning my confusing experience into a positive one. It's awesome when people go the extra mile to help out. ?
I got nuggets and they gave me Buffalo Sauce rather than the asked BBQ, My coke was flat with barely any flavor at all, tasted like straight carbonated water. This used to be a good place when the manager Krystal was running the joint.

I don't like the way McDonald's has changed the front counter. It is so hard to get a team members attention when they are busy. Most orders are expected to be ordered on the kiosk, and if you want to order at the register, it takes forever for someone to even notice that you are standing there. I witnessed one family walk out because there wasn't anyone at the counter to assist them. I ordered meals, and it took about 20 minutes to get my food. I guess dining in isn't the way to do it at McDonald's anymore. It would've been faster to go through the drive thru or do curbside pick up.
