I had a great experience at this McDonald’s! The service was quick, the staff were friendly, and my order came out fresh and exactly as I requested. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, and the atmosphere was welcoming. My food tasted great—hot fries, perfectly made sandwiches, and everything packaged neatly.

Overall, this location consistently delivers fast, reliable, and satisfying meals. Definitely a solid 5-star experience!

The McDonald’s from hell!!!! Rude employees location just so dirty! All the tables were sticky! Had to clean 🧽 our table I am not exaggerating at least 5 different parties orders were screwed up!

Associate was very rude,unprofessional, with Senior Couple ordered from Kiosh,associate customer service skills was -10,Her ATTITUDE HOW SHE SPOKE TO THE CUSTOMERS ASKING ABOUT THEIR ORDER.MY ORDER was for Dining In,but decided to Leave.Waited 13 mins for my order,understanding that staff short,but Her Persona Wasn't it.Spoke to Young Male Mgr stated He would say something doubtful.Sr.Citz Vet.myself. Temecula Winchester Rd 10/29/25 not a good way to start your day.

These 3 local mcdonalds have been terribly managed ever since the ownership changed. They cant even communicate with the customer on when they open. I asked the employee to put a sign up if they are not going to be open. I had to ask 3 times and threaten to complain to whoever their bosses are before they said they would put a sign up, which they did not. the number to call for customer service doesnt even have a voicemail. at this point my only option is to call corporate. like these locations are so poorly managed that something as simple as a sign on the door saying when they open cant be solved through the store or its owners and has to be escalated to corporate

One time it took 30 minutes to get one iced coffee. They take so long at this location there's really no point going to this spot.

So robotic, kiosk for ordering but they still have someone at register when kiosk is full. But it seems like an inconvenience when speaking to staff. No people skills, they were out of signature iced or blended coffee drinks ( not the first time at this location). Avoid this location and try another.

PlayPlace is closed and made into storage - don't know if permanently. Only enough seating for 25 people. 12:55pm order ready at 1:10pm. Women's restroom did not have a changing table.

Went to get some midnight McDonalds and asked for a smoothie, but the machine didn't work! However, the employees on shift were very kind and adequately compensated for the unavailability of smoothies. A+ customer service and the food was still great!
