I ordered food from the drive-thru. The cashier tried to overcharge me due to her reasoning that I should have told her the online code, which I did say to the lady who took my order. During food handling, medium French fries look definitely small French fries, which. As seen in the picture, the staff put a little bit of French fries, and the texture of the fries is dry and old, or maybe for them, it is well-done. The staff, named Shaun, helped me, and he replaced the order, even when I told him just to add a little bit of french fries to the container instead. Shaun also instructed the other staff members to fill the french fries to the top. The two chicken sandwiches I ordered were fantastic, freshly cooked chicken with extra lettuce and pickles at no additional charge—excellent customer service despite being busy.

It’s supposed to be “fast food.” Took over 10 minutes for an egg McMuffin meal to come out. Was about give 2 stars but my food came out as I started this review and it was good.

Everything about this location sucks, my husband and I every time we go order either from the drive through or inside either some of the order missing or not giving the correct order plus they are short on staff and we have to wait for 15-20 minutes just to order.

Placed a mobile order in the app, they said they aren’t able to make it because breakfast is served at 2am. I placed the order around 1:55am. In the app it says they start serving breakfast at 3:59am. They also said I’ll just have to wait 3 days to get my money back.

I ordered the filet of fish combo and only wanted a bottled water instead of the soda. When my meal came they had given me a cup of water. I inquired as to why my bottled water was not substituted for the soda? And the gal at the counter told me there was an extra charge for bottled water. In the past I have always been able to order a bottled water instead of the soda without an extra charge. Therefore I do not understand this?? But will not be going back to this McDonald's ever again
People really get confused on how to merge after ordering. But the service was quick and nice. I miss the old McDonald's, though. Overall not too bad, they did get my order correct.

This restaurant is not open 24 hours that’s a misprint the one up the street off of Winchester in Marietta Hot Springs. That one is open 24 hours. The one next to Winco is not open 24 hours.

Very disappointed in what has happened to this once nice McDonald's. Inside was dirty, customer service was almost non-existent, drinks came out half filled, warm with no ice, playground closed, transient in and around. No napkins , ketchup container was gross. And to ask for something , like napkins, was hard because they ignore you...Limited seating, just not a good atmosphere for an enjoyable meal. Couldn't wait to finish our food and get out of there!!
