Terrible experience. I know general service has tanked at fast food places since the pandemic but this was a whole other level. The worker was rude the whole time while taking my order. I tried to be friendly regardless but then I waited about 15 minutes and we moved to the front because our food wasn’t being called out. When I realized everybody who was ordering was getting their food almost instantly I went and asked about our food. The person who took my order was watching me wait for my food for almost 20 minutes. When I asked it was just sitting there. Never being called. The food was cold and nasty. The service was horrible. I’ll never come back again. I’d rather just take an extra 10 minutes and go to a different location. I don’t understand why the employee has to be malicious about it, or if they enjoy watching people wait for their food but this was just a horrible experience.

We ordered chocolate ice cream for our child, but they gave us one with barely half a gram of chocolate. We asked them to remake it because it didn’t look like what we ordered, but they acted as if it was fine. Eventually, they started to redo it — and it turned out they had just run out of chocolate. So basically, they were trying to deceive us.

Probably one of the worst mcdonalds. Two drive thru lanes, but u get skipped often with who people who come after. Food is always in consistent. Fries are constantly soggy; seems like they just reheat. The burgers are always a mess and not well put together. Every time we think it will be different, its always inconsistent. The mcdonalds at walmart is way better than the one on 79. People who grew up in Temecula always say this is the most inconsistent mcdonalds. It was consistent maybe 11 years ago. Hopefully management or any owner reading this will have some pride and have some standards. Then again it’s McDonalds, what can we expect? Anyone checking reviews, go to the McDonalds at Walmart, your food wont taste like cardboard. Oh and this McDonalds always missing items whether its drive thru or doordash. Get it together.

Not busy, employees standing around but yet the store is filthy. Everything is sticky, all tables are dirty. No customer service at all, just the monotone girl at the front who makes you feel like you’re ruining her day by coming to this McDonald’s. No thank you, hi how are you, have a good day, thank you for coming, just shoved the receipt to us and waited for us to walk away.

This location never fails to give drive thru the wrong assigned parking number on top of wrong items. Happens every time even when there is no rush.
