I’ve been visiting Miramonte Winery for over 15 years, and it continues to be one of my favorite places. Every visit feels like a perfect escape—whether it’s the stunning views, the relaxing ambiance, or the consistently excellent wine, and food, it never disappoints. The staff is always welcoming and knowledgeable, and they truly make you feel at home. I’ve celebrated so many special moments here, and it holds a special place in my heart. Thank you, Miramonte, for so many wonderful memories over the years. I look forward to many more!

Disappointing Customer Service Experience Despite a Beautiful Setting I had one of the most interesting weekends winery hopping with friends, and for the most part, every stop was a uniquely positive experience, until we arrived to mira monte After waiting over an hour to be seated (which we didn’t mind at first due to how busy it was), we walked around with a bottle of wine and glasses, and unintentionally entered the member lounge. There was an empty table, so we sat to enjoy the wine while waiting. The bartender approached and asked if we were members, we replied honestly that we weren’t, and she asked us to leave. That part is understandable, but it was her cold, unwelcoming demeanor I tried to make the most of it and asked if she could tell us about becoming members. Her demeanor instantly changed, becoming far more professional and polished, which made me wonder why her approach hadn’t started that way. If her initial tone had been more informative and less dismissive, we might have considered a membership. Unfortunately, no tasting was offered, no incentive to join, just a transactional interaction that left a sour impression. She stated she knew we were members because of her the glasses we carried. Her interaction was trash! After we decided not to pursue membership, we checked back in with the hostess, having now waited 1.5 hours. Once seated, it had gotten cold, so I asked the hostess if there were heaters available. She said to check with our waitress, who kindly said she’d look into it. She did speak to a manager, and heaters started being brought out, but placed at other tables, including empty ones. Our waitress went above and beyond to help, even rolling the umbrellas at our table to avoid delays, as the sun had set and everyone in our party was clearly cold. I personally asked the manager if he could place a heater near us. He refused, citing “strategic and safety concerns” specifically, not placing heaters next to umbrellas. I pointed out that the umbrella at our table was already closed and another table next to us had an open umbrella, which contradicted his explanation. I also noted that the table beside us (where he placed a heater) was about to be vacated. It was frustrating to be bypassed while trying to calmly explain our situation. His managers attitude and lack of professionalism was the iceberg of trash services. Rather than listen or help resolve a simple issue, the manager doubled down with an unhelpful and dismissive attitude. What could’ve been a minor fix turned into a spectacle, and we left feeling unwelcome and genuinely disappointed. This winery has a lovely setting and potential, but after the way both the bartender and manager handled basic customer service, we won’t be returning. Hospitality should never feel like an inconvenience to staff, especially in a place where people come to relax and enjoy themselves
