Service here is way below standards. The employee they have working the front desk clearly has a language barrier, and there’s no one to step in and help him out or help out the customer. Makes the ordering experience a challenge. Can’t say I’ll be ordering from here again. Hire someone who can communicate properly. Way too expensive for me to struggle to order.

The "All you can eat" buffet seems like an afterthought. Very low amount of options. Service was lacking when needing help. Untrained and seems like a language barrier. We won't be returning.

Very disappointed. I like a good pizza for a cheat meal on occasions. Mountain Mike's use to be able to provide. Unfortunately, my most recent pizza was very dry even after ordering with extra sauce which looked like they put light sauce. Can't depend on Mountain Mike's for consistent good pizza. Wasted cheat meal. Won't risk it in the future.

The mgr is top notch! Customer service is on point. Attended this restaurant recently for a fundraiser. Clean. Football games on TV, plenty of seating.

Decided to stop at this location for their lunch buffet as it was recommended a good pizza place. Upon the doors opening noticed a large humidifier on a table to the left. It took 10 minutes for my order to be placed once I walked inside and about 15 minutes for the two pizzas that were on the buffet the hour that I was there.
I was hoping to try more of a variety of pizzas than one all meat and one pepperoni.

Absolutely amazing! We had some of the best pizza and breadsticks tonight. We ordered through DoorDash from them before but sadly our driver stole some of the food. Jess was so incredibly kind about the whole thing. We went back tonight and the food was delicious. And costumer service was just as nice tonight. Will definitely be back and order direct from them.

The one time I wanna try this place on ynez the power is out and I placed an online order well over $30 . Customer service is not very helpful with trying to get my refund. The boss BOB was rude and doesn't know how to talk to customers. Very unhappy with this , I was better off at shakeys .

Great pizza. We had a buy one LG get a med for free. The Pizzas had tons of meat and were yummy. We took some of the large and medium home. Really good reheated too!
