Rude and disrespectful staff, was the first thing I noticed. Tamales are alright but the taste doesn’t justify the price or bad service.

Get ready to pay an arm and a leg. Overpriced and overhyped. This is where you buy 15 tamales for over 100$. Take your money and business elsewhere.

Too expensive, too small, and not a good flavor. I would rather eat Costco tamales.

Was visiting from out of town and found this place on tiktok and came to grab some food. Food was AMAZING- best tamales I've had and she has so many flavors to buy in bulk too. The tamales are also HUGE so a deal for sure. Owner is super friendly and welcoming. Will stop in again when we are in the area again!

Nanas Tamales is hands down the BEST tamales. Took my Dad in from Arkansas and he seriously cried because it reminded him of his Grandma's tamales she would make him. The owner is such a blessing to the community. Support this small owned business who gives back to women and the community. Such an amazing asset.

I've been searching for tamales with flavor, and not dry for the past several years. Unfortunately, I did not try Nanas Tamales until yesterday. I sent my son to get 2 dozen and OMG! We loved them! My family is from SE Arizona and they were similar to how my grandma made hers. The masa was NOT bland, it had flavor! FINALLY found some delicious tamales! I really regret not trying them sooner. The only downfall is you will eat A LOT. The jalapeno and cheese was soo hot but the heat did not over power the flavor, so I could not stop. If you're looking for delicious tamales with flavor, do yourself a favor and try this place. So bomb! 20 out of 10. 😋 🫔

I noticed they have four different types of soup on their menu and since we enjoyed their tamales so much we wanted to try the soup. I just called in and the lady who answered the phone was disrespectful and rude towards me and I was just asking about their soup and she slammed the phone on my ear. Now for me it’s going to take something special before I go back to this establishment.

Has social issues because her customer service is terrible and I order one of each to try for thanksgiving order. I will give my honest review I’m from Texas and we know place in Los Angeles that makes the best but unfortunately they are over booked so I saw on Temecula talk about her tamales and stop by. So she was there very rude not even eye Contact or greet so I get my tamales they were dry no flavor one of them was sour and not spicy so that was disapproved but than she start to talk in Spanish over the phone and I’m half Mexican but look white so I understood what she was saying I’m fluent and I guess she was disappointed that a customer Return the tamales and demand a refund she spoke so bad of the customer like vulgar language she said she was not Going to give her money back because they ate 1 tamale from a order of two dozen, I won’t be back

I ordered 4 talamales 1 green chicken, 2 beef and 1 pork. The tamales are high quality and its not something you can find at random taco/mexican place. However my wife and father in law wanted coffee and they did not have any ready, and refused brew me some. They have the cafe maker on display but don’t use it. I would have payed 4-5 dollars for a cup. This is not good for business or for the customers. I want the whole experience the tamele with the coffee. I want to come back and check them out again, I hope they work on their customer service model.
