First time coming in, ordered through the app. Not many options for outside seating, so we opted to sit down inside, which wasn’t the best experience. On a positive note, we experienced fast, friendly customer service. Açaí bowls were delicious and very filling.

This place has the best produce but worst employees. terrible service and inconstant product. Hire better. I gave up and went to robeks across the street, the produce isnt as good but the service and product are better because the employees try harder.

Very poor experience. Went in for an açaí bowl. They were out of most produce; still charged the same amount. AND they forgot to put in the ACAI into our açaí bowls! What a let down.

I normally order through the app. When I went inside the Temecula store located off Temecula parkway to pick up my items I was grossed out by how dirty the store was and how the preparation area had food items open, spilled and just laying around. Not typically what you see at most Nekter stores. My food items were also disappointing; my bowl about an inch of açaí mix and the rest of the bowl consisted mainly of granola with one strawberries and three pieces of pineapple and pieces of frozen bananas. Clearly the fruit isn’t fresh at this location. My mango smoothie was watery and bland. The drink tasted like chemical water, not sure what was used. Overall very disappointing experience will not return to this store, it’s like throwing your money away. The food items aren’t even enjoyable.
