First time coming in, ordered through the app. Not many options for outside seating, so we opted to sit down inside, which wasn’t the best experience. On a positive note, we experienced fast, friendly customer service. Açaí bowls were delicious and very filling.

Service was great until I turned the banana slices over and saw the bug...I was contacted by the manager very quickly after this and received a full refund within a day or two. Excellant customer service.

This Nekter location seems to have hired an excellent crew. Very responsive, perfect juice orders as ordered and fast to get those orders out. One particular crew member who I have interacted with lately and gets my orders perfect is a girl by the name Trin. She is simply refreshing, smiling always and pleasant while working orders. I am a regular at this location, along with a few Gym "rats" and friends and we all experience the same service when she is working along...
