I had to leave a review because I called and I spoke to someone I didn’t catch her name I can make it by 6:00 just need to pick up a cake for my daughter‘s birthday. I’ll be there in five minutes. She said just make sure be here by 6 o’clock we closed. I was there in front of the door by six and the door was locked. Then someone from inside came out and says we closed and I explained to her I just called still didn’t care.

I had a wonderful experience at Nothing Bundt Cakes! The young lady up front, Brianna, was so friendly and helpful, which made my visit even better. The cakes were good, and thanks to her great service, I’ll definitely be coming back!

I rarely leave reviews, but I’m genuinely disturbed by the experience I just had at Nothing Bundt Cakes in Temecula.
From the moment I walked in, the manager’s behavior was shocking. She rushed into the store, brushed past me rudely—almost knocking me aside—without so much as an acknowledgment. I let it go, but it definitely set a strange tone.
I was then helped by a sweet, respectful young cashier who kindly offered to grab me an extra box when I asked. As she went to get it, the same manager came out and reprimanded her in front of me—right there at the register. The manager did not even acknowledge my existence. She stood directly in front of me, scolding her employee for assisting me, without so much as looking in my direction—let alone saying a word to me. The poor girl looked so uncomfortable, like she might cry.
I paid and was still standing at the counter when I overheard the manager loudly talking about me from the back room—saying inappropriate things, speculating about my intentions for asking for a box, and continuing to reprimand the poor cashier who was nothing but helpful. I hadn’t even put my wallet away. It wasn’t just disrespectful—it was outright humiliating.
I came in to buy cake for my office, not to be treated like I did something wrong. I paid for everything, acted politely, and witnessed an employee being publicly shamed—only to then become the target of loud, rude gossip while still in the store. Completely unacceptable.

I’m not to happy about my latest experience with the Temecula location . I walked in ordered a white chocolate raspberry cake for my daughter birthday celebration for that night . When we were all ready to sing happy birthday I noticed that her cake was a red velvet cake she hates red velvet . I was so disappointed for her no cake for her or our guest . The next morning I called manager she was sorry blah Blah…I had to drive back to the location and pick up the right cake . They had me bring back the red velvet cake so I could exchange the one I ordered Whattttt . !!!!! I have ordered many cakes from this location for many of our celebrations I just feel like the managers didn’t care. .

Terrible service at this location, I called ahead and asked if I could walk in and pick up a dozen cupcakes with the flavors I wanted, was told yes. I went in and another lady told me no they don’t offer that. Refused to help. Go to a different location if you want real service.
