Great place! Only reason not giving 5 stars is because we specifically called about the flights to make sure they had them before making the 20minute drive to the shop. They told us they had them but when we got there they didn’t.

Edit: Second visit. I went back to try the boba again. The barista was so friendly and helpful--- love that! That's my number one when I go to a retail place. I want great customer service. He made our boba and once we got the drinks, it tasted like just milk. He said they just forgot to add the sugar. Once he remade the drinks, they tasted great. Thank you! :)
First visit: I ordered taro smoothie with boba. The worker was friendly and said it would be 5 minutes for the boba to be ready. I said that’s fine. When I got my drink, the taro smoothie was ??. Except, the boba had no flavor at all. Not even subtly sweet. Just a plain, tasteless ball. I asked, and they said because they just made it.? I never have had that happen, and for a $10 drink, they probably should have remade it for me, because boba is the product they’re selling. Service was good but not sure I would come back and spend that much on flavor-free jelly balls.

Amazing Boba!! I have finally found my new favorite Boba spot. The bulgogi fried rice balls are also amazing!
Gives points on the kiosk but if the workers ask to help you then you don't get the points. Also they won't give you water if you want some and want you to buy a bottled water.

(i need to amend my last review simply because i don’t have the heart to keep it up) i personally know many people who work here and they are all so kind but the owner is no where near managing her employees in kind, respectful, or completely legal ways. she’s late on pay, changes shifts without warning, try’s to send people home once they get to work and are mid shift, gives weird breaks or just prevents them all together, has them working far later than when they legally can as minors ALONE in the store, and disrespects their time and work. i love the people who work here and they are kind and hard working- the owner is using the fact that they are teens that haven’t had a job before and are afraid to stand up for themselves to her advantage
