We love this place! It's an awesome alternative to unhealthy sugary snack for the kiddos. They love trying the different flavors of 'milkshakes' and more importantly I feel guilt free. Best part is no sugar crash after they enjoy their delicious treat!

Delicious Chunky Monkey protein smoothies!! Also had a taste of the pumpkin smoothie. Also delicious. Rhonda was wonderful. Very inviting atmosphere. I'm hooked!!

Such an adorable place! The decor is so cute, the staff and owner are so friendly and the teas & shakes are delicious! I’m on a restrictive diet for some health issues and it’s nice that I can still have treats & drinks that taste yummy and give me the protein I’ve been struggling to get! If you need energy, protein, or just want a healthy alternative I recommend checking it out! I will definitely come back. Thank you!

Stumbled upon this place thinking they had smoothies, (for my kids, not for me) ended up getting us all a shake and they were delicious!! I love that they have options for children too. The protein they use i believe is Herbalife. The lady was super nice and helpful when we went in. Overall a great place and a new favorite!
