Great to be back at Outback. Fantastic service and a great meal.
We we went at 1 in the afternoon and it was not busy. However, service was extremely slow as we heard several employees stating someone hadn't bothered calling off for their shift. This left only 1 server to cover the entire restraunt. Even so, the time spent to place an order was unreasonable, I am a retired waitress/customer service veteran, and that's why I say unreasonable.When we did get our bloomin onion, it was extremely oily and a deep color appearing the oil was old or the onion overcooked.Our entrée items were tops. I had the prime rib sandwich, and I was not disappointed. My husband had the steak salad and made more than one positive comment on its flavor.We will give them another chance another Sunday afternoon, I do hope things improve with staffing it seems management could have been on the floor assisting Rachel.

My wife had the filet medium rare tender tasty to perfection I had the whiskey ribeye! Delicious! Prisoners, great the next day, split the ribeye and baked potatoes, yum!

Gio was an outstanding server. He was so attentive to our needs. He is professional and efficient. The food was excellent. I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail and the thoughtfulness of Gio to bring extra plates for our party. The dessert was decadent. Gio needs to be promoted!!
