Some of the best Italian food I have ever tried. Shrimp scampi and pepperoni pizza are both perfect dishes. They garlic bread is very unique.

Had a delicious dinner with great service and atmosphere. The complimentary bread and garlic oil is addictive. The Italian margarita was very good and strong, which I'm fine with. The southern cheese board was a hit. I had the pumpkin risotto which was absolutely fantastic. It was creamy, sweet, and savory. I would definitely eat there again.

We really enjoyed the atmosphere and service we received at Paisono's. We came here for my Mom's 60th birthday. We didn't have reservations but was still seated in the private room. Milven was very attentive and kept us with bread and water. Zachary waited on us and he was absolutely amazing! He constantly checked on us. He was such a pleasure. He was warm, patient and welcoming. The food was great. My husband and I can't wait to come back for our own date night! ?

Disappointed for cost. Calamari was kind of rubbery. Bread was good. Fettuccine with bolognese was like a soup as had a lot of sauce compared to noodles, when pointing this out said could add more fettuccine but would have to charge for order of noodles. Also ordered fettuccine Alfredo with shrimp which was good except only 5 shrimp which were small (40 count?). Will not go again

My wife and I ate at Paisano's tonight. I ordered the Ciappino. Wow It was so good I asked the name of the Chef. Sam . I have eaten Ciappino in San Fracisco each year during our Anniversary. The Cioppino at this restaurant is equa, if not better than the Ciappino that I eat in San Francisco. I have eaten Ciappino at Tom's Lighthouse and the Fish Market in San Diego. This is far better.. This Ciappino at this restaurant is so excellent. I will only eat it here. WOW. my wife enjoyed her pasta dis as well. See you again soon.

The atmosphere is cozy. I was seated in close proximity to other people. The service was prompt, friendly, and informative. The spaghetti with wagyu meatballs. This is not served with salad or soup; I had to order and pay separately for those. The spaghetti was firm and didn't have enough seasoning. The meatballs had good texture, but I couldn't taste any seasoning. The salad looked better than it tasted, but the soup was good. The prices are high, but other restaurants in this casino are more expensive. They recommend making reservations, but it's not always required.

Wow.... it's the best Italian food we had in a long time, the ingredients are fresh, we had the Lasagna, Calamari, fried Mozzarella and the bread was delicious. Shaun was great. Congratulations to the Chef.

My wife and I decided to go to Pechanga's last night to have a little fun for our Anniversary. We got hungry and felt like Italian food. We were promptly sat and had an unbelievable dining experience. The Veal Osso Bucco and Risotto were incredible. Our waiter Zack and the manager Shaun made it a very memorable experience for us. The food was spectacular and they have a very good wine list! I would highly recommend trying Paisano's if you are in the area!

This place definitely deserves a higher rating than what they have now. Great atmosphere, service, and food. The bread and pasta were excellent. Only complaint I have is the olive oil used for dipping the bread tastes like cheap olive

What an amazing experience, our waitress was outstanding and very helpful in all areas. The food was beyond good from the appietizers to the main course and dessert! My husband is Itailian and very picky, his remark was wow this is better than my mother's! We had eaten at a Michelin Star restuarant in Long Beach the night before and this was just as good, if not better.Thank you for providing a wonderful experience and to Chef Amanda for taking the time to visit with us. We will be going back!

After a day in Temecula and coming here for some casino fun and Christmas ambiance, we decided to eat here. We waited for the doors to open at 5pm. They took reservations 1st. They told us that was it, that they have large parties for the Holiday that night. We were starving for one, it was my birthday 2 and we really wanted Italian 3. The nice manager told me to hold on, once they got the reservations in, he'd let me know in about 10 mins if they could fit us in. They did! I was beyond grateful to not have to go somewhere else. They do have a great sushi place as well as steak house but was wanting Italian. Our server was great, a very nice lady from Carlsbad who now works and lives out there. Great server and really enjoyed talking to her. I loved the open kitchen, the ambiance is really nice, not super intimate but not loud either. It is a bit darker not too bright which I like. They were decorated for the Holiday too which was really nice. Fancy but not really fancy. The bread they serve you is insane. It is like a whole grain perfectly soft inside and crunch on the outside. The olive oil, with a few chilis and numerous roasted garlic cloves it to die for!!!I had the short rib with cheese ravioli. Uh, insanity. One side of my plate was the short rib lined over spinach, the other cheese ravioli in this creamy sauce with mushrooms. It was incredible. I had to take half home. The pizzas are fantastic too. Although they do not have a woodfire oven, it cooks like one. The crispy thin crust with cheeses and meats was really good. Toss some of those garlic cloves on top and you have the best pizza ever.Great wine list and just a wonderful place to dine. Not crazy expensive either!

This restaurant has great atmosphere. The food is pretty good, but not over the top It's a little expensive My worst complaint is the gray haired waiter that talks a lot and tries to charge the dinner you wish you bought Another disappointment was the fact that my two guests meals arrived at least five minutes before my meal did. So they were almost halfway done before I even started I was very disappointed. The waiter apologized and said that some things I don't know who's running the restaurant, the waiter or the cooks. Lol. But truthfully, I wish someone wouldn't talk so much and with the people order what they wish He's a very nice older gentleman with really nice gray hair I wish I would've bought the lasagna but he told me if I wanted to eat lasagna should go to Trader Joe's and eat there lasagna. And I wound up buying a meal, short ribs and ravioli The ravioli seemed a little over cooked and uses a white sauce, which I did not appreciate The short ribs were good, but truthfully nothing I haven't had before I give this restaurant three stars because of him this morning I still wish I would've bought my lasagna Because I was looking at the lasagna in the food court, and really thinking about eating that lasagna before going to the restaurant But he talked me out of it and I'm disappointed

3-1/2 stars I guess.. The remodel is nice, we've been coming here for the past couple of years and have really enjoyed the food the past.. however our last two visits were meh.. I came to Pechanga for a girls trip for two nights last month and wanted to share the Paisanos experience with the birthday girl.. we knew exactly what we wanted.. my friend absolutely loves spaghetti and meatballs and when she ordered it our waiter might as well have said "You don't want that" He literally tried to change her mind and it was really annoying.. tried to talk her into the ravioli and short ribs.. said it was way better.. he had a really strong personality (pushy) .. my friend hates creamy food and she wouldn't have liked that at all! He looked annoyed that we only ordered water too. There was another issue.. he tried to push appetizers on us.. I know at paisanos I do not finish my meal.. probably because they bring bread and it's just too much food.. He made a snide remark, saying well if you don't order appetizers, be prepared for a long wait .. he was just plain sarcastic. Tonight I went in with my husband after an afternoon at Pechanga.. we had reservations and were seated as soon as they opened and didn't get served for 45 minutes.. I ordered the chicken Marsala and my husband ordered a pizza .. my chicken was extremely dry and disappointing.. I ate about half because I didn't want to send it back and wait longer. My husband wanted the specialty ravioli without the short ribs.. they wouldn't do it for him.. I have ordered that at least three times before the remodel ( it's not on the menu but hasn't been a problem in the past) I don't think it's worth it anymore, too many frustrations.

The receptionist was terribly rude to my mother in law who only speaks Spanish and the receptionist was Spanish speaking as well but only continued to speak in English and was not helpful. She had an attitude. As far as the food, the beef short rib and three cheese pasta , was good but the balsamic sauce was not good as a dressing, the beef short rib was bland there was no taste, it needed salt although it did melt in your mouth just needed salt. The raviolis were amazing! Zachary was amazing though and told us to reserve the last dessert for the night before someone else got it. Thanks Zachary, it was delicious!!
